Just as with everyone else, I am just getting into animal flow and you have immediately grabbed my attention because of your attention to detail. Everyone else just jumps right in and I was like, woah! But THIS guy is explaining everything! Not to mention he's also easy on the eyes lol! Thank you... I look forward to watching many more of your videos, and well, going with the flow... Har Har!

Thank you for this video. You explain things much more thoroughly than I've seen before. Your explanation of practicing being on just two limbs to develop crisp primal movement was super helpful!

Just been to Samui and Koh Tao. Nice island (as long as you're away from the tourist areas). I may call you up the next time the Mrs wants to take a trip with the ladies. Direct flight from Chiang mai!

this is what my subconscious has been looking for so long. when i first watch i immediately felt this is what i need, this really helped improve my really hurt knees, and now i can finally be back to Yoga. thank you so much from Thailand! ❤

@@jokerco2020 some of this is animal flow, some of it is not. Animal Flow is a closed system. I try to keep things more open for growth and exploration.
