Helena I'd almost given up on drawing my hubby toward me as I had in the beginning. Cooking his favorite meals; Working w/ a personal trainer. Massaging him daily - nothing aroused his interest. Now that I'm consciously staying in my feminine energy he has begun to open up to me- after 7 yrs! It almost feels like we're getting to know each other all over again. Thank you, thank you, thank you😇

@@HelenaHartCoaching I've been focusing on staying positive and ALWAYS being respectful and encouraging. Our sex life transformed when I approached our lovemaking as if he were a new man- w/o resentment, expectation and zero pressure. He approaches me frequently and everything is so much more lighthearted. Next, I'm re-learning how to initiate and remain in my feminine energy. You have literally saved my marriage.

This is really amazing Helena. I have been watching your videos for a while now and I realized, that I have been way too much into my male energy the past years, which one can say is also a very active and forward energy. I also have been studiing the lectures of Neville Goddard and other teachers of "Law of attration" and how mind creates matter and so on. It suddenly made "click" with me, that the receiving modus, all of those teachers talk about, is nothing else but the "female energy"!!!!! God, or the universe is the "male energy". In order to receive, we all have to go into our female energy, including men. Yess, this acured to me last week, at 2 a.m. in the morning. Lately I wake up often around that time with amazing insights.

Thank you! I love what you said here, thanks for sharing! I like to call this The Feminine Art Of Attraction - tapping into your feminine energy in a way that attracts everything you want TO you, rather than leaning forward and trying to "force" things or having to control or manipulate situations in order to get what you want (which never works, especially when it comes to men and relationships!). I think it's so important for women to understand that I did a whole program on it: helenahartcoaching.com/the-feminine-art-of-attraction/

I appreciate the advice, I feel so nervous around men sometimes. I'm actually divorced and in my 40s, no children, for awhile I'm not dating or even being friends with any guys, I need to get back in tune with myself, I'm sadly wondering if this is it and will I always be alone? I want to be a mother, I just didn't feel ready for it when I was younger, I've always wanted to adopt a couple of kids. Being in my 40s has been very rough, TOO rough!!!

I just posted a video that should be helpful for you in terms of getting back in tune with yourself (it was inspired by a client who was in a very similar situation!): kzbin.info/www/bejne/rYO6ZoaQdtNlhNU

That's the perfect mindset to have! Try thinking of everything as an "experiment" and release your attachment to the outcome or the result of any interaction you have with a man - that will help a lot!

Helena Hart So far: I decided to be more open to all men, so I've tried to respond positively and create more eye contact or smile (just a little) more ~ Results: I've been offered help by a friend..by being open and receiving help, he has stepped up and helped me more! Also, a boss was upset and stormed into our (shared) office telling us to be quiet (there was a rehearsal in the next room.) I just looked at him openly and he became flustered and started apologizing to me (lol :)

I really am. I have had such masculine energy after my divorce, raising two young men who are grown now and 24 years in a male dominated automotive industry. I I’m still a young woman and my load is lighter now that my children are grown. I realize that I needed to find my natural place and space as a woman. I have been putting in my self work and love and open to grow and it’s ok to get help . I’m inspired to create a better version of myself and attract the one whose meant to be my DIVINR MASCULINE ENERGY.

where is the line between feeling confident and exposing vulnerability in order for a man to feel or reveal the same?
@HelenaHartCoaching6 жыл бұрын
Great question! I believe that vulnerability is actually a sign of TRUE confidence! If you’re not feeling confident in yourself, you might try to cover up parts of yourself - so vulnerability is the confidence to be authentic and show someone who you really are, which is what connects with a man’s heart.

Helena what's happens if a guy that was originally nice and masculine with you all of the sudden starts asking you to pay, resenting you for not paying, saying that women don't do anything and he is in the program of being taken out as if he wanted to reverse roles, etc?? What is that all about?? Should you pay for him sometimes ?? Also doesn't stop talking about himself and his projects and l things?? Instead of trying to find out about you and your life??
@HelenaHartCoaching3 жыл бұрын
There’s nothing wrong with paying sometimes, but the way he’s going about it wouldn’t feel good to me at all. I would feel completely turned off by this.

Women have so much control, in a age where women mainly act like men, see their friends "successful" as being "one of the boys", femininity is lost. Yes the girl whose "one of the guys" may get immediate attention from the group of guys, but no one takes them serious as a long term partner. The biggest compliment you can give a man is to ask his advice, biggest insult unsolicited advice, MEN WAN'T TO SAVE THE DAMSEL IN DISTRESS. Next time you go out act helpless, out of place, and watch the guys swarm. And NEVER offer directions when driving, LET THE MAN LEAD, DO NOT COMPETE WIH HIM, I mean I'd say you have it made, I see a feminime girl I want to coddle her, take care of her, protect her, give her money and whatever makes her happy, you guys have no idea how blessed you are. One mistake I keep seeing coming up in these videos, (I'm not finished with this video so not accusing this girl), but they say "Men want an Independant women", FALSE, FALSE, FALSE, some loser guys who don't have anything may want a "Mom", but real men want a DEPENDANT WOMEN, IF YOU'RE DEPENDANT WE'LL GIVE YOU THE WORLD. Thanks, if someone disagrees please don't be vile, just speack intelligentely to me with a good counter argument. thanks

Michael James Wow. I love your viewpoint. Thank you for posting this!!!
@carlycheyenne294 жыл бұрын
I hear what you're saying and you are entitled to your opinion, but I think you are mistaken to assume that women who are "one of the boys" are not taken seriously as long term partners lol. I have a more masculine energy and I have many male friends AND I am in a very happy, successful long term relationship with one of the males from this same friend group. You may not like independent women, but there are men who are not weak who appreciate independent women with unique viewpoints and desires of their own . You've made the mistake of believing your view of the world is the CORRECT view, when really it's just another opinion amongst all the others!
@Kimmieziven4 жыл бұрын
If im not independent and never learned to be independent .. and then end up meeting a wrong man, that would mess me up bad including my life. I dont think any women should give up their independency even if they meet a man who they can fully rely on. We can earn our own money and make our own decision, we dont have to rely on men on that level. In reality, even as a good husband, he cant be there with us everywhere we go or what we do, we gotta know how to help ourselves during his absence. Many men from where i live, they dont appreciate feminine energy, they took advantage and took it for granted. And yes it sucks. Being together is more about taking care of eachother, strengthening or carrying eachother's weakness, trusting, appreciate and reciprocate. However, self development growth is a good thing even in relationship, this includes independence as well.

When you say able to receive anything he gives you. How would I accept and receive him forcing his ex wife on me and our lives to hang out or hav ever over in our house? I don’t like it and he gets extremely mad when I say no to this. I did allow him to go hang out with his ex wife at her place “they have kids”. But I refuse to be involved with her.

That’s definitely not what I’m talking about at all when I say “receiving” - I’m talking about receiving things that feel GOOD to you. If something doesn’t feel good and you need to set boundaries around it, this video should be helpful: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nZi3i3SAj9NkhKs
