Yea he needs the new truck to. Pickup all the parts to fix it . So he’ll have to take it up to Ohio to pickup the parts for it and he could do the exhaust on your truck to make it louder for you no extra charge I’m sure he’s a nice guy like that . Lol

F12 owner here in Australia. Your problem with the aircon blowing is 100% the battery needs replacing. Also why the dash board errors come an go. It does not matter even if the trickle charger is connected full time. The battery will give problems at 18months- 2year mark. The factory branded Fiamm battery is rubbish. By a German brand Varta battery. They have a 42month warranty here. Not sure in USA. I had a varta in a c63 that lasted 7 years. Charged it ever week even if driving it daily.

To be fair everything except that long way to dealership is a genuine problem. 1) gas cap should not pop up in any car especially $400k ferrari 2) paint should not erode in this much costly car 3) and those weird check lights and speakers fault should not appear

Very good... really appreciate your honesty about Everything.. including the repaint thing... I personally think repainting is not anything to be taken too seriously as long as the job is done well...as cars are meant to be driven and therefore.. exteriors get some beating, which you can minimise but not eliminate.. the only way to eliminate them is to never drive the car and keep it in the garage only.....anyway I'd recommend everyone to GET PPF or ceramic coat just when theier car is new.. so minor scuffs or rock chips are not a thing..

I just bought a brand new 579 Peterbilt semi truck, 2022 model and it has the same issues with startup. If you don't wait for the computer to go through all it's checks after turning the key to the on position, the lights may not work, sometimes the dash doesn't light up, or as in your case the AC doesn't activate and only blows air.

I like that you are honest about your ownership. So many people always make exotics out to be the greatest thing all the time and the only issues are noise from exhaust and the cost of the clutch replacement. People need to realize these cars are built by hand. Aston Martin was honest about that and got crucified for it. But despite the numbers, they are still hand built cars. I have a neighbor that had a 458 Italia and had numerous issues with that car. He traded it in for the F8. Still has issues. My other neighbor had a Rapide S and traded it in for Porsche 718 GT4S Cayman, he loves it way more he swore, but then traded in his Escalade to get the Rapide S back and bought his wife a Kia Telluride for a new daily. Which I have a Palisade and love so I get it, but still. Just because they are expensive, doesn't mean it's always perfection.

Mike, not a 100% sure about this but how old is the battery in the car? Some times low battery voltage while starting the engine can cause "finicky" sensor/computer faults. I know you keep it on a tender but an old battery starts to lose it"s strength over time even with a charger/tender hooked up. Love the content.

One of the things that I have been able to do since I was three or four is to identify a vehicle by the sound. It’s still impresses a lot of people even today.

Bro.... I feel you. I had a Mondial. The radio antenna would not go up. On cold starts the transmission would wobble for the first 3 or 3 miles. Architectural Digest said the Mondial was the worst Ferrari ever .

The F12 being repainted by warranty from Ferrari won't reduce the value of the car. Repaint from damage like rocks to the front or scratches or a something you did (wreck) does reduce the value.

I find your review quite reassuring.. despite the faults you’ve experienced in your ownership experience, they aren’t terminal. My F12 is also a 2015 car with 13k miles on it. So far so good. Keep up the good work! Good video!

The one thing I hate about super cars is they arent made to be driven around all that much, 25k miles and your doing so much maintenance on them and I've heard dont know for sure they only last around 60k-70k miles.

Awesome. For my F12 a mon the ago. Finally hit 50 this week. Warmed her up and got the tires warm. Getting on Highway I dropped it into 2nd and hit 2/3 throttle. Ass end tailed like I was on ice!!!! How warm did you have your tires?? And this ain’t no awd 911

About the speakers....you know although Ferrari probably options that JBL soundsystem for something like 7 or 8 grand or more on the options list it doesn't cost nowhere near as much? And if the speaker is blown the quality probably isn't that good. Just like the Burmester systems that Mercedes and Porsche sell. They look good but you can get a custom stereo that sounds 5 times better for half the money.

Murray ditched 991 issues, window whistle was a common complaint which Porsche could not resolve ,which is a rare thing. He has issues with his 992 now

I8 bmw $50k 2015 6k miles 22s. aero kit, Aza ebay LED carbon suede upgraded steering wheel $140,000 retail $25k less than 991.1 c4s 3.8l 2015 The newer 991.2 turbos are not holding value as expected because of the lackluster motors in the entry turbos NA sound much better easier to maintain sweeping curve Sometimes I really have to feather the throttle in these turbos in a sweeping turns I went ahead and bought a Sprint pedal tuner pretty expensive I think I'll try the burger in my other cars and save 100 bucks

F10 and 335 is convertible Once you get them tuned up stage two or higher the torque is very sudden in sport mode

Love this F12. Never gets boring hearing this on full chat. Opening minute car looks and sounds like a fighter jet! Epic car and that's how a Ferrari should make you feel happy and special even after 2 years. Look I don't want to be funny or anything. Ferrari cars is not the world's fastest etc etc. But a Ferrari's elegance speaks for itself. It's the most wanted exotic car out there. If you have a old one or a brand new one it still makes heads turn as you pass them and it's because of its beauty. Ferrari is a league of its own. It's value never goes down the drain like a Audi R8 or a Aston Martin. There just is no substitute exotic car for a Ferrari
