This is just superb, been searching for "fruits and vegetables that boost the immune system" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Jonaiden Immunity Impersonalism - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my co-worker got amazing results with it.

A cup of hot ginger tea with spoonful lemon and 1.5 spoonful of honey works best for us. Thanks for the info on the rest!

I have a very hard time digesting raw garlic. Have been fasting primarily on herbal teas (ginger/lemon/cayenne/cinnamon/honey, mint, etc.) for almost five days bc I’ve been so sick. Am trying to figure out how to break my fast using both what I have at home (organic potatoes, carrots, garlic, and green onions) and can buy tomorrow at the store. (Because a) it will be five days since first symptoms - so less likely to be infections, and b) feeling strong enough to go out and get on a bus!) Am thinking of cooking carrots and potatoes and then adding finely chopped garlic and sauerkraut to it. Kefir would be nice too. But I have dairy kefir and don’t trust my congested lungs and the dairy.

3:34 right, but don't put honey in the hot water because it will lose its value. Best is liquids at room temperature

Hi guys, honey is really great but I've heard that all the 'good' minerals decompose over 40°C so drink your tea cool 😉

Arnikka that is true, never put honey in hot tea it looses its benefits

True and the vitamin C losses power in hot water, too. So just use warm water.

Look over your diet for two things: 1) mucous-generating foods, -2) foods that feed inflammation Slowly replace them with foods that do not stimulate mucous production and anti- inflammatory foods. This has made such a difference in my life!

Hi, Meghan! I know you're quite fond of journaling, so I was wondering if you had any tips for journaling for mental health? I've been going through a really rough patch lately, and I feel like that might would help, but I have no idea where I would even begin, so any insight you might be able to provide would be greatly appreciated!

I would definitely suggest doing some stream of consciousness writing - you basically take a piece of paper and write without stopping, and let out anything and everything that's on your mind. It's very liberating, and interesting too to see which themes and concerns present themselves the most!

I combine it with nearly anything. It's really tasty in small amounts on top of rice dishes, in wraps, on top of avocado toast or in combination with potato dishes.

Nicole Mendiola Hi, in my home country - Poland- you can serve sauerkraut with finely chopped carrot or mashrooms. When it comes to second dish I really recommend simmering sauerkraut and mashrooms for a while and adding bayleaf or even the spice they use in Starbucks I guess it's called pumpkin spice, you can even add a little honey if your like your life sweet 😉
@tamerebel8 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your recommendations. I didn't know it was eaten that way in Poland.
