Also I would love to add that Bobby Maximus is a blessing. He has good realistic advice to offer. Many people in my family stop dating meat the 8th healthy though but they ended up becoming weak very quickly and started falling like flies I don't wish that on anyone. They . somehow vilify meet. But that's misinformation coming from those who like to promote their own products and brainwash people into believing that eating meat is unhealthy

Very good information, thanks for sharing it. I would add pineapple and papaya because both have digestive enzymes like papain and bromelain. Also add legumes... they are important for the intestinal tract due to the fiber they contain.

It’s the meals on the go that people don’t seem to shift their mind set to, Instead of pulling over to Whataburger, TacoBell, or McDonald’s. Maybe I should pull over to the grocery store and pick up a veggie tray some apples and a rotisserie chicken.

Berries are the best option over many other fruits for people with insulin resistance/diabetes. They have lower sugar and digest slower than other fruits like grapes, oranges, ripe bananas. Pumpkin seeds are excellent seed option too.

Hello! Thanks for your videos. I was wondering what your macros are? I think you mentioned before you are doing about 200 grams of carbs a day? Still about the same? Ever tried higher carbs? Any benefit or just unnecessary calories?

I have always known that but it is good to hear from a professional . What is your thought on vitamins and supplements.

Sugar free is best! I'm allergic to dairy so instead I consume fermented cabbage. Refined sugar and processed sweetener is the biggest enemy.

4 eggs over medium ok in the AM?
@Jay_WolcottАй бұрын
4 eggs every day is optimal for many of the BCAA's you need and protein, just be careful about what you use to cook the eggs. Real butter, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil probably the best.

im glad you didnt jump on "cholesterol" bandwagon, as all this LDL lowering bs has only one reason, its only part of lipid panel big pharma can succesfully control ( by statins ), LDL level has fck all to do with overall health in 99% of people. as of meat, glad you like protein, but dont demonise fat, protein always comes with fat, thats how it suppose to be. dont fall for all this "lean" meat stuff, you can get energy from carbs or fat, as simple as that...
@bobbysingh2163Ай бұрын
Meats coming from grass-fed animals is healthy but the trans fats and fast food restaurants are the ones that mainly contribute to cholesterol and other health risks let's say if someone needs meat as well as apple pie mashed potatoes and gravy and cream puffs on top of that they will blame the meat for causing bad health and not the other unhealthy Foods they consumed on top of eating meat

You are supposed 2 eat at least 2 fruit a day.

Processing is the enemy no matter the macronutrient. 50% veggie/fruit, 25 % whole grain carb, 25% protein, use fats/sugars sparingly as condiments.

If you eliminate carbs altogether, fats are the replacement. I'm currently on the carnivore diet and fat is my source of energy.

My friend not believing in Jesus Christ will send you to hell. I don't believe in the nonsense prevalent amongst Hindu culture that a cow should be worshiped as a mother. We don't get to heaven based on our works in our own merits. It's through the finished works of Jesus Christ. The Book of Romans Paul points out it's not about food, it's about your belief

Killing cows will only send u to hell. Cow is mother she gives us her milk and that's all we need. Don't be so heartless to kill our mothers when they stop giving us milk
