Thank you I have multiple sclerosis and since I've change my diet to switch to a plant-based one, the inflammations are decreasing ! And it's better for animals and the Earth as well :)

In addition to brightly colored fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices are also some of the highest antioxidant foods. They are great pantry staples and can be added to just about any meal. Also great is tea (but without dairy milk, which binds the antioxidants).

Our food stores (United States, New Mexico) have had serious shortages of late, but there has still been plenty of fresh parsley, cilantro, and garlic. Voila! Chimichurri sauce and lots of it is what i've been making. Thank you so much for your videos, information and generosity.

I made my bedroom cooler since the video you guys did a while ago where you talked about sleep tips. 😊👍 And diet I believe is most important of all these but all are essential ♥️

I just had to say that I made the immune soup. I added dry black and brown lentils and three Yukon gold potatoes, and it’s now my new favorite soup. I really think the Tamari kicked it up a notch or two.

The one thing people haven't been highlighting is how physical touch boosts our immune systems! Sex is a great immune booster, but other forms of touch work, too.

This vid will really help me-thanks. I would like to see you discuss oil free and fat free options in your cooking. I need to have low-fat dishes and no added oil/fat. It breaks my heart that I can’t add coconut oil to my curries. But that’s just the way it has to be (medically) for me. Thanks!

lighting a candle before going to sleep may not be a very good idea... unless you want to be woken up by a fire burning down your house 🙈 ☺

Not very often at all. We still suffer some allergies and dry skin though.

It is very unnerving that all the healthy food get left behind. We've been giving out free meals to people that can't make it to the supermarkets and they've all been enjoying the healthy meals, hopefully it sticks with them. :D
