I find that intense sholder touch sparing every day is the best. Do six three minute rounds. It combines shadowboxing and sparing without the head trauma. Just limit the sparing one a week. But still do the individual training you mentioned in your video as well.

That’s excellent mate. We call it ‘shoulder tag’ or ‘knee shoulder’ as sometimes we add shots to the knee to not hurt eachothers body and turn it nasty. A great way to ‘spar’ regularly without the heavy impact on the body. Wicked drill mate!
