Diamond paint for at least 30 minutes a day even during the hectic time of college classes 2. Exercise more 3. Read thirty minutes a day for pleasure

Great video Katie! Love to hear of your goals and what kits you plan to work on/or at least the artists or shops. I made some goals for 2025 and hope to accomplish some if not all of them….not going to put pressure on myself. I want to shop from my stash this year and do more smaller and round kits. I will be completing my Peanuts character series of kits from DAC and chose to finish my 5 oldest kits.

I have 3 goals: 1. Catching up on my diamond art scrapbook/journal. I do full spreads ,not just logging, and it’s so fun! 2. Starting a pattern keeper of an image i have. I waited too long, and DAC came out with a mystery kit of the picture I wanted to do 😅😂 3. Try to complete 1 kit a month! I work and have other hobbies so I find it takes me longer to get canvases done. What doesn’t help is that my fave canvases are larger with lots of colors…I hate color blocking! 😂

Hi Katie, thank you for speaking on your goals. My goals are to work on Asian Diamond paintings. I love Asian art. I need to get my anxiety and panic under control and finish the Diamond paintings. 3. Work on smaller kits. 4. Try and put myself on a budget, and not allow my severe ADHD brain control what Diamond paintings I purchase. 4. Pull out some old Diamond paintings from when I first started almost four years ago. 5. Don't let my Diamond Painting hate friends bother me. 6. Start on the Tenth by Mandie Manzano for a friend's 70th birthday in 2026. This is somewhat Diamond painting related, but I will purchase ergonomic chair. Between having a curvature of the spine and two serious lumbar area back injuries, I need the correct chair. Also, please prayers and for Los Angeles County.

I think these are great goals. Allowing yourself flexibility and whimsy within the choices is a great decision also! I am interested in seeing the new shops. Oh, that's funny - my oldest kit is Virgo by J Wall/DAC! I've been holding into it, and I think I'm going to save it for next year as a gift to myself, as I'll be turning 50! That's almost a grown-up! 😮😂✨️

I haven't fully planned out what kits I'm doing this year, partly because sometimes it takes me longer than expected to finish a kit if work is busy. But I'm participating in Year with Yuumei, and since I have mostly her kit in my stash, I want to work on only her kits all year! So we'll see how many I'm able to finish.

Thank you for this. I have been thinking about planning which diamond paintings to work on this year and actually pulled out the oldest one I had, from DAC, and kitted it up to start the year. After listening to your plans for the year, I think I'm going to try to intersperse the oldest paintings in my stash with my newer favorites and see how far I get with that. Happy New Year!

I love this video! I am also hoping to do Books N Things from Munimade this year. Like you, I picked up Soul of the Storm after percolating on it. It didn’t grab me at first but it just spoke to me and I’m hoping to work on it this year also. I would like to do a Mystery Kit this year - I have a massive landscape from DAC that I got in a mystery box, but I recently ordered one from Jaded Gem Shop and I think I will do that one first.

The world is losing its mind, so amongst the chaos, it's important now more than ever for us to do the things that make us happy, and it's nice to come to your channel for all things sparkly and enabling ✨️🥰 I don't really have a stash (4 paintings!), but I really had my heart set on Sake Dragon from DAC in the hopes of working on it during what's left of the Year of the Dragon. Unfortunately for me, it sold out immediately, and I doubt they'll reprint it in time. That's the extent of my diamond painting plans for 2025! 😊

I love Boreas, JGS added it to their collection after I requested it in 2023, but....I still haven't started it. I got it in 70x100 so will be quite an undertaking. I think it's great you are wanting to work on more of your rainy day collection. Since I am limiting my purchases this year, I'm planning to only buy kits that would be of that caliber for me.

This would be a big one, but have you thought of doing a comparison of Dakota Daetwiler's Angel of Justice for DAC and Craftibly? I would love to see it and only have the DAC version. I would like to buy a Josephine Wall this year. I think it will be from The One with the Diamond Art. I have kits coming from Jaded Gem Shop and would like to do at least one of those. I would like to buy a Kat Fedora from Munimade. I have ideas of a few I would like to work on, including DAC Disney, Soul of the Storm, and ??? and have thought about sharing more online at some point this year. We shall see. Otherwise, I am going to attempt to complete more than I buy! Thank you for sharing ❤

My goals are: 1. Finish my mystery #1 2. Try new artists as the only two artist I have completed have been Hannah Lynn and Mandie Manzano 3. Finish Diamond painting my mom bought me. First Diamond painting someone bought me. 4. Do one Mandie Manzano Princess panel. I do not have all of them but I believe I have 6.

I love that you hope to focus a little more on small shops. While I love DAC, it's fun to see what other offerings are out there. My dp goal of 2025 is to finish 99% of the kits in my stash before I purchase another. Of course, there will be an exception (or two) but I must keep those as exceptions and not make buying more kits the norm! 😂 I'm currently working on TOWTDA's Christmas advent dp. They intended it to be completed in 12 days but I'm 26 days in and maybe another 1 - 2 weeks to go. So. Much. Confetti! But what an awesome shop!

Get somebody in the family to number all of your large diamond kits and then use a random wheel to pick your next large kit to work on, why not try this with all your other kits or have someone pick your kits that you work on for you?

I have over 82 kits in my stash, yikes and 36 of those are smaller kits like lil diamonds from DAC and I'm not including mini dazzles and paint gems. man i have too many. but this was my first year DP'ing and i was buying so much and didn't realize how long it takes to complete a regular size painting. it takes me about two weeks. I don't want to be one of those people that have hundreds in their stash and won't live long enough to complete them all lol
