So as a long time KZbin viewer, I stumbled upon your channel thanks to the algorithm. (So youtube isn’t killing small channels :D) I think you have a lot of talent. Like you seem fairly new, but you have a personality that works well for the format of videos you have chosen. I think if you can refine your video crafting skills you are going to do really well. (Also, mix of native and upscaled is the way to go. I liked to see how pretty the DS could be without the limitation of the display, but I also like seeing how it would “really” look to get an idea for how the game would look in my hands)

Because then he'd have to record every game twice, which is actually a lot of work considering you have to change the settings on the emulator between each recording as well as trying to get similar, yet interesting gameplay between the two

Aberrant Shogun it's actually relatively easy to duplicate controller output and pass it to multiple emulators. It might be better, though, to emulate lock step with two threads rendering separately. I'm going to look into it now, that sounds like it should be possible...

Dementium uses a engine design specifically for the DS, As for how they got it running 60fps, That's something Quite Technically impressive especially on a DS. Plus I still want to know how they got real time shadow's in the game. The flashlight effect is something technical on the system limited hardware.

Fun fact: each DS screen has its own 2D graphics engine, but both screens share a single 3D engine. This is why you usually only see extensive 3D graphics on one of the screens, with the other being mainly-2D.

dude have you checked out the japanese game nanashi no game and it's sequal nanashi no game me? it's a first person horror game developed by square enix and it's in japanese but their is a english patch out there so please check them they're my favourite ds games. also the game uses both it's screens in weird angle view which might be annoying recording

I've had that Asphalt game since 2006 and I can say firsthand that it's a pretty fun racing game. The graphics do look pretty good and the gameplay is quite enjoyable.

I had the N-Gage Call of Duty... Pretty much looks the same (but different engine), except the screen is Vertical and draw distance isn't great. But it's a symbian device, impressive at the time... when phones only play Java or the crappy 3d java games.
