Chicken Club Lettuce Wrap
3-5 large romaine or bibb lettuce leaves
1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
1 avocado, sliced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
3 bacon slice, cooked and chopped
1 tbsp ranch dressing
Vegetarian Lettuce Wrap
1 cup extra firm tofu, crumbled
½ cup cremini mushrooms, finely diced
¼ cup onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp ginger, freshly grated
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili flakes
oil
Toppings:
3 large romaine or bibb lettuce leaves
⅛ cup green onion, sliced
¼ cup carrot, shredded
Sesame seeds for garnish
In a large pan over medium-high heat, add oil. Add onions and mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until onions soften. Add tofu and cook for another 5 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant. Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and chili flakes. Mix well. To assemble wraps, spoon tofu mixture into the lettuce leaves and top with carrot, green onion and sesame seeds.
Enjoy!
Mango Shrimp Wrap
3-5 large romaine or bibb lettuce leaves
1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped
¾ cup mango, diced
1 chili, minced
¼ cup cucumber, finely diced
¼ cup red onion, finely diced
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Top lettuce leaves with shrimp, mango, cucumber, red onion. Garnish with chili, cilantro and fresh lime juice.
Enjoy!
Apple Pecan Chicken Wraps
Filling:
½ cup greek yogurt
1 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 apple, diced
Toppings:
3-5 large romaine or bibb lettuce leaves
¼ cup pecans, chopped
¼ cup dried cranberries
In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, rosemary, dijon and honey. Add chicken and apples, and mix well. Assemble wraps by filling lettuce leaves with chicken mixture. Top with pecans and cranberries.
Enjoy!
Taco Wraps
Filling:
1lb ground turkey
½ cup onion, finely diced
1 red pepper, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp taco seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
oil
Toppings:
3-5 large romaine or bibb lettuce leaf
2 tbsp sour cream
¼ cup cheddar, shredded
Cilantro for garnish
In a large pan over medium-high heat, add oil. Add onion, red pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add turkey and continue to cook until everything is cooked through. Add garlic, taco seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another minute or until garlic is fragrant. Assemble tacos by filling lettuce leaves with taco mixture. Top with sour cream and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle over cilantro.
Enjoy!

Your enthusiasm makes these recipes look even more delicious. I may try the tofu one because I gave up on tofu since I've not been able to cook it the way I want to. Seeing how you make it here has given me inspiration. You also motivate me to comtinue to eat healthy foods because sometimes I get tired of eating greens and I want grease, but I can't eat grease because of medical issues so I need all the motivation I can get to enjoy eating healthy so thank you for your videos. Gorgeousness plus deliciousness! For school a tortilla might be more sturdy but I love the idea of whipping up these fillings and sending them to school with the kids in a tortilla and ending up in a lettuce wrap for me at home! Moms need lunch, too! Thanks for the inspo as always.

I've got a side of bell pepper topped with cream cheese, everything bagel seasoning, and pepperoni, some sliced avacodo as another side, sliced cucumbers and ranch, and some cheese. My husband & I LOVE your Taco wraps!! We had it twice in a row for dinner lol. We also just made your chicken club one too. Very good too. All of these look delish and I would like to give them a try. Do they all taste good at room temperature? For example the taco filled one, will it taste good if it is not hot? Also, do you pack the fillings separately from the lettuce and then just assemble at lunch time? Thinking of packing these in my daughter's school lunch box.

I been watching baisiclly all day ur recipes and they look sooo yummm they are very helpful for ma strict diet tgat the doctor put me berly yesturday because i have stones in my gallblader so there doing surgery but they said i have to follow that diet bcuz if i dont follow it the pain will get worse so i guess that works to loose alot of weight i am ecxited but a lil worried on the surgery

Try chopping the lettuce too (keep it in different container if you wish) and simply eat it like a salad with a fork 😀 I know it destroys the whole idea of a lettuce wrap but i like salads so this is what came into my mind 😃 And it still has the same ingredients so it basically still the same thing anyways? Lol
