Looks delicious! Love the salad bar dinner idea. O wish your kids could know how very lucky they are to have a mom who cooks every meal from scratch! They probably think all moms do that. I wish it were so! I can't think of a better way for kids to grow up than the way your sweet children are growing up. I enjoy seeing them so much!

Love the Salad Bar meal idea!!! I’m available for supper ANYTIME at the Bass home!!! Don’t you just love homemade croutons? My mouth waters just thinking about them! I once worked at a restaurant and once a week we would take garlic cloves and simmer them in olive oil, let it cool then strain. We used that garlic infused oil for our croutons, homemade pita chips, everything! I have always wanted to try Herbs de Province ( maybe misspelled) you make them look so good, especially on that chicken! As always, another wonderful, flavorful, episode! It’s 4:00 in the morning and I’m wishing it was supper time already!🤤

Healthy orange chicken! You need to put that version on your blog so I can try, you put it together, like so fast and mommy speed, I could not keep up. But I would love to try your version. So if you can put about how much of the ingredients for sauce, I love that if you can. I know these videos make it seem easy to do all you do but “WOW Women”! You make me see how hard my grandma use to work for her children. She had fourteen and work too. God bless you and Happy Mother Day! I see your strength and it beautiful to see!

So I'm doing my first fermented cabbage, it's day 4 now. When it's ready, what do I do with the excess water on top of the weights, just spill it out?

I usually just put a glass dish under it for it to spill into and then discard.
