@@uppernimbus Thanks, Nimbus. The kits in the demo aren't tough at all, but I do anticipate more complex stuff in the full release.

Your mention of Quartet made me go look at the developer and their previous games. They have a previous one called Shadows of Adam that looks very similar (very old-school Final Fantasy style) and looks pretty awesome. Thinking about picking it up next time it's on sale.

That mech builder game looks exactly, like exactly, like Steed Force Hobby Studio out of the game Last Call BBS by the developer Zachtronics, the makers of Opus Magnum and EXAPUNKS

I'm going to give Mech Builder a try despite never really getting into that stuff otherwise. I have a lot of indie games I'm looking forward to, but the one with the shortest wait time right now is Kitsune Tails releasing on August 1. It's an SMB3-inspired platformer.

It's very laid back and chill, I hope you enjoy it. I'm gonna look that up, I haven't heard of it but if it's getting compared to SMB3, then I have to at least watch the trailer.

Looking forward to Quartet myself yeah since i played their previous game Shadows of Adam and its just a fun old time. Shadows has the battle and exploration feel of FF Mystic quest, while also making constant references to other final fantasy games. Not quite sure if Quartet will also have similar references but still going to have fun with it regardless since i see them reusing the battle engine, but better.

I'm curious, how do you typically find indie games? Especially ones like one btn bosses where the devs haven't made a single game yet Me personally, I just scrolled thru steamdb during this summer sale and came across stuff like (indie games list incoming): Antichamber, Cyber Hook, Dome Keeper, OneShot, Linelight, Leap Year, Refind Self: The Personality Test Game (this one is more than its title suggests), Katana ZERO, YOMI Hustle, Windowkill, and more, but it took scrolling through literally ~1948 titles

@@box_o_loxo So for One BTN Bosses, I saw during Summer Gamefest. But typically, I'll look through Steam's upcoming releases a couple times a month and just click on whatever seems interesting to me.
