Thank you.....I like these small breads. I make extras and keep them in the freezer. I wrap them in foil, then in freezer paper and place them in freezer plastic bags. I take out one or two in the morning heat it at 350F for 14 minutes, they come out warm, crunchy and delicious.

hi if i used all bread flour is it 200g or i have to mix with cake flour

If you have all-purpose flour, use it. If not, 160 g of bread flour and 40 g of cake flour can be substituted, or only strong flour can be used to make each delicious product.Thanks💕
