Let me update you after three weeks of doin this workout 4 days out the week for 3 weeks I can definitely see a difference in my inner thigh I use to wear jeans and never goes up in vagina area cause of thigh fat I lost fifteen pounds and a lot of thigh fat omg I can finally fit in my jeans properly without coming down my ass I cried happy feeling thank you so my much please guys try this

I'm 14 and for the past 5 years I have been self conscious about my body, like majorly. But for the past 2 years I have been working on how I look through school physical activities and self exercises. I have lost some weight but some parts of my body I still don't like so I try to work on individual parts because of the work of school. Thanks for giving this exercise.

It depends, he would need to know your specific exercise routines, your macros you’re eating.. are you tracking.. etc… weight lifting is the best way to burn fat, hope you’re still doing well!

This is awesome. It’s hard for me to gain weight and in this area is my biggest self confidence killer. I feel like chicken legs. The only way I gain weight I have found is to work out and drink protein weight gainer powder. And I have not found an inner thigh exercise that I could actually do . So thank you very much. Well damn this hurt a lot more than I was expecting! I've done squat holds before, I knew those hurt. The come from behind was the medicine ball squeeze, my entire leg was shaking by the end of that 30 seconds.

You need to change your nutrition first of all. No amount of exercise will get rid of fat if your nutrition isn't up to scratch.

Like Christopher said. You need to eat right. And also... it’s a known fact that you cannot lose fat ONLY in you thighs, legs, arms, whatever. You have to lose weight all around. No such thing as target weight loss.

I had both hips replaced two years ago. Now inner thighs have started aching. I feel it's from weakening muscles. Going to slowly start these exercises and see if the pain recedes. I don't like to take pain meds. Had a black belt in judo when I was 30, now I'm 71.
