I can't jump because of my disability but I'm hoping that as I do the other 2, I'll build up better strength and that will make the jump and squat accessible to me. If not, it ain't a biggie, I'll keep doing what I can. These short work outs are brilliant. Can't thank you guys enough xx

Great video, i just subscribed. Im a trucker and i now have dumbells in my truck to start working out. I usually go to the gym once a week. But i can get work outs in while on the road.

Alright, imma trust you and try this starting tomorrow. My inner thighs are disgusting, so am hoping it works. And i appreciate the 3 minutes! I would not even commit to anything longer, due to lack of time. We shall see…….

To get a slim leg you need to build lean muscle and reduce excess body fat. This requires strength training exercises combined with excellent nutrition will do this.

These exercises can help to burn excess body fat, however you need to have excellent nutrition, include other exercises and be consistent with all of these.

I feel like you're approaching the situation wrong. There shouldn't be a compromise or time of relaxation/easing off your routine. Make this a lifestyle change for good! Find a weekly routine that is sustainable and specific to you longterm! If you can maintain as 3 day split every week, id say you're in a really good situation to make all of your fitness goals a reality.

Hey question, for your 5 min Hiit total body workout, I was doing it twice today, but took around an hour break in between because was busy with things. Will it change, damage, and/or benefit anything taking around 30 mins to an hour break..?

There is no one exercise or set of exercises that will make your thighs skinner on their own. To reduce bodyfat you need to have excellent nutrition and commit to regular workouts that will build lean muscle. It is a "whole body" process.

It can help develop the thighs. You will need more volume and frequency of leg training. Also eat about 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body weight.

The best way to slim any area down and gain muscle is to be consistent in regular strength training as well as having excellent nutrition. You can't "target" and area in the hopes of results. Results are full body and are the outcome of all that you are doing on a regular basis.

Losing weight happens everywhere and not really targeted but you can definitely tone the muscle underneath which will look better 💪
