Let’s appreciate this channel and respect both narrators. The original narrator is great and really had us locked in with each and every video he voiced over honestly made it really interesting captivating us all. With that being said let’s give this new narrator a chance and hopefully he to will make these videos interesting (I think he’s doing a good job at it btw, it’s just hard for now to adjust to the new voice tbh because I’m so used to the original). Also the worst that could’ve happened was that he couldn’t have had no replacement (if he’s being replaced) and shutdown or stopped making videos as a whole abandoning the channel.

In fact the narrator is the least of this once-great channel's problems. The recent content has been lousy, and that's down to poor scripting and research. It's very sad when standards drop as dramatically as this. There will be an exodus of subscribers if they fail to address it - and soon.

I feel so bad for the guy who narrates these, I’m amazed he hasn’t given up some people are so horrible! The original guy was great but so is this one. Just enjoy the channel and stop being mean 😢

Love that old school Top 5s music. New narrator sounds great on this. The style and production of this one reminds me of the golden age of this channel which we love. Keep up the great content. Moreover, this is what I was hopping to get with Medieval Madness but that channel didn't quite reach my expectations however good it is. Hope to see more ancient and medieval content on here occasionally

Exactly! Both narrators have their qualities. I, personally, am really enjoying the change up. It's hard to narrate well, and the fact that this guy has a clear, calming voice is great.

Firstly, ignore the moaners about the narration, love both voice overs. One thing thouh, Eyam is where my wife and I's best friends are born and bred. It is pronounced 'eeem,' they're very proud of that history. They have celebrations every year, it's great! Worth a visit, be wary though, the local pub has a few miscreants (lol, jk, friends of mine) who happen to refer to non-locals affectionately as 'townies' - they mean it as a derogatory term, tongue in cheek though.
