does the area where you put palms on (nearby touchpad) have rubbery texture for 7480? I was watching X15 and saw it has carbon fiber textures which feels like rubbery and pretty interested in that.

It is the rubbery texture in the latitude 7480 where the palm area but unlike the carbon fiber textures it doesn't get insane sticky after 2 to 3 years.

@@gditd9310 Carbon Fiber does look nice but over time this is where it suffers, but where I do live we are in a hotter climate which does causes this "sticky" issue quicker

@@gditd9310 I do have a old 7440 and can confirm that the 7440 has rubbery texture at the palm area. The 7740 is even rubbery feel than the 7480, I hope that makes sense.

It can do some video editing but I would be looking for a model that has discrete graphics chip if you doing 4k videos or working with a lot of filters and layers you will start to see it struggle.

Yes the display lid on 7480 can go up to 180 degrees.

Hi zahid khan, welcome to my videos. The one in my video was the FHD non-touch screen version. The latitude 7480 does have a FHD touch screen version too.
