You are so prolific! I love the crystals and the speckles. You get the most incredible results! I noted your firing schedule, going to follow it on my next one & see what happens. Love seeing your work; thanks!!!❤

Gorgeous! Love the large bowls. And the balancing act on the edge of the kiln scares the 💩out of me! 😂

So far so good until it isn't. I think a small ware cart may be on the cards to keep next to the kiln.

You two potters never disappoint! I just love seeing your work. Jackies' pieces are so unique, fun and so artistic! And Vaughn is clearly a master potter. Everything in these kilns is absolutely beautiful. I treasure the pieces I purchased from you two earlier this year. Thanks for another year of continuous sharing of all you do. It is greatly appreciated!! Hope your Christmas was perfect, and I wish you both have the Happiest New Year! Cheers!

Beautiful as always. What type of stilts do you use. Lots of people in the states say stilts are a big no no. Your thoughts much appreciated. Maybe a link to where you purchase your stilts, and what type. Happy New Year!
@VsmithpotsАй бұрын
I think they are Rosetti stilts. Bailey sells them. I like the smooth feel of my pots with glaze on the bottom.. It does not scratch the furniture. You have to glaze the bottoms thinly.

Thank you so much for sharing. I’m thinking of buying a kiln. I don’t know much about them. Any advice you have on getting a kiln will be greatly appreciated. I don’t have a 240v and will have to hire an electrician. Is it safe to put a kiln in my garage? Also, thank you for listing the recipes to your glazes. Are the recipes in grams? Do you get the ingredients from the clay store or do you order online? Do you have different firing schedules for different glazes? So interesting. Thanks again for sharing.

Lots of questions. A kiln is a big decision so research is very important. Because of the coming tariffs you should get one made in your country if possible. Skutt and L&L kilns are in the USA, Tucker and Euclid are in Canada. I just bought two kilns from Euclid in Toronto, supplied by Pottery Supply House. All kilns are good, just different pros and cons. Size is important depending on your needs. Putting it in a garage is very good. If you want to call me with other questions make a list and I can answer them.
