Being in a position in your career to say no to projects is definitely a good place to be. I struggled this year with saying yes to too many things and paid for it through stress and a toll on my physical health. Definitely settings boundaries in 2024 and learning to plan better while saying no to things. Thanks for this man.

I feel you bro! Having passion for different avenues of creativity can be hard to manage, but there is something about it all that can make you feel whole at the same time hahaha. For me, I want to focus more on developing my voice as a creative, spend more time on making KZbin videos and developing more of my passion projects.

I’ve shot projects this year I should have said no to. My heart wasn’t in them but I did them anyways mostly because I needed content for my reel. Saying no is hard but it’s something I’m getting better at now for sure. Thank you for making this video. It’s exactly what I needed too hear♥️

As for me, what I've learnt is sticking to my guns when it comes to executing my creative visions... It's also okay to creatively steal from many sources that resonate with you, and add your twist on it... In addition, obsession on the pursuit of my craft, which is making films, is something that I will be doing more of next year... Man I can relate to ALL of this! Especially the people pleaser thing. It's comforting to see we're not alone! 2024 is the year of the "No, Man" 😅 Not sure if it's a good or bad idea just yet, but I've been working on being more legitimate in my videos, and my "appearance". Why put up a front to get clients you don't want to work with, if I can be my true self and collaborate with people that share the same views as myself. At least, that's the plan haha. In "conflict" situations, sometimes stepping away for a bit before reacting /answering prevents a person from overreacting or making hasty judgment calls that ultimately force a terrible escalation in said conflict...
