As a migraine sufferer I often dont find the 'usual suspects' trigger mine. What I have found since I passed 60 when I get migraines they are more 'sticky' than they used to be but I find sumitriptan works brilliantly for me and I never have to take more than 1 dose. What triggers my migraines is the following :- fuel fumes, 2 stroke engine fumes, paint thinners/gloss paint, things with a lot of chilli and lately white wine (probably the sulphites).

I greatly appreciate the information shared in this video. I have been experiencing a big increase in migraines. I have been following a whole food plant based diet. But my B vitamins are low. So I have transitioned to a pescatarian diet. I am relying on canned salmon for B vitamins.

One pillar not mentioned in the diet should include fasting or going hours without eating.

Spinach is high in oxalates. Oxalates can cause migraines.
