Some pointers from this video: Food: - Consume magnesium rich diet - Include almonds, legumes, green gram, ginger tea, herbal tea - Eat a satvik diet - Stay hydrated (increase water consumption) Red wine, cheese, chocolate, artificial sweeteners, fermented foods might trigger migraines Rest and recreation: - Relax - Avoid high stress activities - Avoid strong sun Sleep: - Get enough sleep - Practice breathing exercises - Rest Routine: - Practice shawasam - Regular meal times - Regular exercise (I.e:, pranayam) During attack: - lie down on stomach - Put cool towel on the neck - Take break from screens and using strong perfumes/balms/medications - Regular foot and head massage Accept pain as a temporary measure.

Recent headache research shows that migraine and cluster headaches can be stopped by taking vitamin D tablets in doses of 50,000 to 100,000 IU per week. The source of the problem is probably in the colon. I was a sufferer all my life until my annual health check up blood tests showed that I had low vit D. A few months after starting this regimen around 2015 all my headaches stopped. I’m 71 now and headache free after experiencing debilitating headaches since childhood. My blood tests now show normal levels of vit D

Not sure if this might help but I used to have a burning sensation in the back of my throat and down my esphogus for quite some time, a few years ago. After searching up a very known specialist in metabolism he suggested to figure out if I was drinking enough water. He has a formula of how much water each person should take depending on your weight. (Weight in lbs.) ÷ 16 = # of Cups of water you should take (8oz.) After trying this method for a few months, I discovered my acid decreasing and gave it a few more weeks after it decreased, and it disappeared. Also with that, I actually lost a bit of weight since the indicated water intake for me was useful to activate my metabolism more. Now and then, when I feel like certain foods trigger my acid, I remember to bring up my water intake. It doesn't last long at all. Hope this helps!

@@anushreesathya6176 oh, okay.. one thing that helps me is laying on the bed and hanging my head downwards from the side, increases blood supply to the head, but don't try if you have high BP, and start with very small duration, and stop if it causes any discomfort.
