I’ve been doing this exercise for almost 6 days now and I can see that my hip dips/live handles are getting thinner and thinner, not very fast but it’s changing I can’t denying it, at first it was difficult for me because I’ve never done this kind of exercise before but days after days I was getting used to it and now it’s quite ok, I’ll keep going !

Hi! I been doing this exercise for past 3 days and i already see improvement, sometimes i dont finish it at all because i was lazy but believe me or not it really works on me! I'm only 13 yrs old when i start working out but i got lazy at the middle and now i'm still trying. Thankyou very much to instructor because you creat a content that is eco friendly.

• Day 1: I completed it and did it twice a day , I have to finish training within 10 days for Eid :). • Day 2: I completed it twice this day too! In fact, on the first day, my waist size was 88 cm, and on the second day, it became 86 cm! (For your information, I follow a diet and also walk for 40 minutes in a day :)

I am going to do this for one month and keep you updated. Like to remind me. 👍 Results... After doing it for a week, my posture improved greatly and my waist became much smaller. I stopped for a week because of exams, but I plan to start again afterward. This routine clearly works. However, it's important to focus on diet as well. Eating a balanced and nutritious diet is crucial. Combining regular exercise with healthy eating leads to the best results.

@@Adriana-hk8fi Yup! I have really bulky side stomach and I noticed that slowly the bulge is going away. I also do it with exercise that focuses on my bra bulge back fat and flat stomach workout, you can search that too on youtube. The flat stomach is kinda hard to achieve tho.

@@paolashax868 Somehow I'm quite satisfied with the results. From rounded stomach it went smaller, from very bulky sides it gave me curves. I also incorparated this with protein rich food diet (I am not taking any type of carbs except from fruits and veggies which I only eat once a day) and fasting

Всем русским привет Я начала 3 дня назад Делала каждое утро, только первые 2 дня мне было тяжело и поэтому я делала только половину, но не смотря на это есть отличный результат С талии (-3см) с низа живота (-5см) Сегодня я сделала 2 раза (утром натощак и вечером) при этом я ела мало, но часто, после 6 вообще не ем Уже 6 дней (- 6, 5 см)

Doing this for (at least) 1 week . DAY 1: Completed ✅️ It didn't hurt at all, but it made me sweat very much. DAY 2: Completed ✅️ Same as the first day. DAY 3: Completed ✅️ It starts hurting, but not that much. DAY 4: Completed ✅️ It's hurting 😭, but it means it's working 🤧 DAY 5: Rest day ❎️don't forget to be kind to yourself 💆♀️💖 DAY 6: Completed ✅️ im starting to get used to it 😁 DAY 7: Completed ✅️ It doesn't hurt anymore, it seems easier. 🩵 After one week i don't really see much difference so I'll try to do it again for one week🩵

Doing this for until i'm down to my 1st gw age:18 weight:116kg (yes bad ik) height 172cm Day1 : pretty good! Day2-5 i had graduation had a lot of people over so i could never find the time to do this but i'm back and changing my goal of this! Day 6: nice burn honestly ! I've started doing pilates too so that's what i've been doing combined with this and woah it's going so well through these past few days they have been crazy since college is coming up but i seen so much improvement with my body even if it isn't much to the eye. Si te los súper recomiendo, los resultados van dependiendo de la persona, la constancia y si hay algún tipo de dieta, en mi caso yo realizaba los ejercicios que son para los brazos y cara, ya a la segunda semana empece a ver resultados (sin ningún tipo de dieta) y con los que son para el abdomen en la cuarta semana.

Yuuka nos ha compartido muchas rutinas tu decides cuál te llama la atención.. Started this work out a week ago. I was doing it twice and I can see a difference......I lost 0.5 inches and I'll be doing it for the next 3 weeks to see the difference that I'll achieve UPDATE: I've been doing this workout twice in the morning and twice in the evening and am really proud of myself Am seeing a very big difference around my waist and my back fat is almost gone Two more weeks of doing this I'll be updating y'all after a week Good luck to y'all Remember that you're beautiful ❤️ Final update: I've lost a total of 1.5 inches around the waist and am so proud of myself if anyone wants to try it I would highly recommend

De todos los ejercicios que hice para tener cintura, este es el que mejor me funcionó y más rápido vi los resultados. Empecé a hacerlos de nuevo hace menos de 1 semana y ya tengo 4cm menos de cintura y 2cm menos en la zona del flotador. Además son ejercicios tranquilos que no necesitan mucho esfuerzo. Excelentes ❤

Hello...I want to ask something.... I am doing these exercises from a week now.... It's effective.... but i m feeling pain in my knees.... which does not feel natural.... Any tips to protect your knees while doing these exercises???
Commenting to remind myself! Doing this every day. Day 1 ✅- First time doing this. Not too hard, got through it. Day 2 ✅- Woke up with a good soreness! A bit harder on my arms, but still did it. Day 3 - Day 4 - Day 6 - Day 7 - Notes: In a slight deficit (no snacking + more water.) Walking every day for 30 min - 1 hr
doing this everyday for the next month!! 💕 day 1: this was very easy! i feel relaxed and happy day 2: my sides hurt a bit but overall my hourglass looks a bit more defined!! day 3: works amazingly! i already have an hourglass figure but im also pairing this with the hourglass pilates! day 4: day 5: day 6: day 7: WEEK ONE RESULTS:

I've been doing this workout for 30 days consistently and I'm super proud of myself cause now my waist looks super snatched and toned :) The results set in by one and half a week but I wanted to do it for 30 days just cause :) This workout really helped me! I even lost 2-3 cm from my waist!! But this workout might not be for you if you're looking to lose weight but I personally overall loved it cause it madr my stomach really toned and now I feel super confident :) Thank you Yukka

doing everyday for as long as i remember to : day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ my muscles are SO sore, i think i've done the exercises wrong for the first day, if they still hurt tomorrow i'll have a rest day day 3: ❌ muscles were ok, but there was a power outage and everything went flat 😭 day 4: ❌ hurt my ankle skateboarding, i can't believe how many days i've missed alreadyy day 5: ✅ day 6: ✅✅felt much better the second time around, not many improvements, but i feel a lot better emotionally and the exercise is getting easier
honestly, this is a very good workout to try and get rid of your love handles or any type of back fat. did this for about almost 2ish weeks, seen a slight difference only because i have been slacking on my workouts. but if you do them consistently you WILL see a difference. nice workout very calm i like it. 😊

this workout works - only if you are consistent in doing them. I've been doing these workouts off and on for the last 2 months - I definitely see a difference. but keep in mind, everyone's body is different. I weightlift and am on a high protein low deficit diet - so the results were shown pretty fast like a week or two in of doing the workouts.

doing this for a month: Day 1 - Felt a burn in every exercise but the last ( I don't think I was doing it right 😅) LIKE TO SEE HOW THIS GOES!!!! 🌟 🌟

Doing this everyday, except for Saturday and Sunday Day 1✅ felt the burn on my back starting strong and hard workout for me Day2✅ felt the burn on my back again, getting easier Day3✅ didnt feel as much burn on my back, progressively getting easier

Omg! I've tried soooo many exercises before to get rid of my love handles but none gave me these good results on such a short time. This is my third day and I can already feel and see differences. But of course I added som other exercises to it and started a diet. And to be honest I feel great doing this, I honestly feel more healthy😊😊

It's my first day and it was a little painful but I feel so good afterwards. I'm not sure if I was doing all of the movements correctly. But I will do this workout daily so I hope I will improve 😊 Yuuka's exercises are really the best, I've been doing two of her workouts for a few weeks now and I can really see the results.
