IMO they should just accquire Raycast, I think there's so much potential with this app that Apple can probably benefit from.

… I press the Globe key on my keyboard and then emoji pops up immediately. And if I have typed the emoji that I want, for example, wink, then I hit the globe key, it’ll actually recommend the 😉 and I can just hit enter or space to have it appear. I’d do more research before suggesting that it’s more difficult to do it on macOS and to download rocket

If they want to buy a clipboard manager they should get paste, not pastepot. It's lightweight, it feels native, it works so well but it's a subscription and they also really fumbled their last update. I'd actually rather have it in apple's hands

I download a lot of things from the Internet, and I’ve never, never, not once, needed to download an unarchiver. Now on windows, yeah absolutely I have to download all kinds of stupid unarchivers.

Also just worth mentioning that apple won't buy any of these. Most of this is stuff that they would just build into macos themselves without paying the devs and Sherlock the original apps.
