ABT is great. It was the mentality we had in the Auto Industry and I think it works in all marketing. Also the New buying process Stimulate then Research. That is the way the consumer thinks. The rest does not matter.

These suggestions are all amazing. I love the ideas. You said that you want some feedback. The entire thing for a husband/wife team like I have is very overwhelming. Out of all of these ideas what are the two or three that we could effectively implement to make a difference in our business. When I coached with your Dad, the main thing was to prospect my butt off and that worked well. The world has now changed, however, and I know that. So out of all of this "ocean" of ideas, how do we decide what two or three things that we could actually execute that could make the difference? That is my main question. And perhaps the answer to that would be "That's why you need a TF coach, Chip!"

Liked both commercials. Think Zillow did a better job...tugs on the heart more & shows their product. CB gets your attention (very creative) but by the time they show their logo, I've already gotten my fill of entertainment and lost interest. I'll remember the Zillow comm. but will only remember the dogs from CB. DON'T ROMANTICIZE!!! What you hate doing now, you'll love doing after closing.
