Great to have these meal ideas. I like that they’re all very versatile. The ability to switch up ingredients according to your own family’s preferences. Thanks once again Laura!!

Under 20 minute meal ideas are my go-to. During the week I don't have much time to spend on cooking so these are awesome!!

Just a tip. If you spray your grater first, it cleans up so much easier. 💕

Love those sourdough pizzas too. We are a family of 9. Sometimes I have just a mini portion of leftover roast or what have you, and I freeze it; then whenever I don't know what to make for a meal (and have sourdough trying to take over my house haha) I take the meat and put it on the sourdough pizza. Super easy and it thaws in a couple minutes on the pizza.

I’m interested in learning more about your FryDaddy. I’m considering getting one. Things I would like to know are: how much oil do you use and how long do you use it before you change it.

May I ask why you use a serrated knife for chopping veggies and such? I always thought of those as bread knives, are they good for chopping veggies too? Am I doing it wrong?
@maeb77232 жыл бұрын
No. Please don't use serrated knives for cutting veggies! 😂 Watching it drives me crazy! Love her channel and videos, but serrated knives are NOT for these purposes! Lol

Actually they work great for tomatoes!! Because of how smooth some veggies are :) i find tht using whatever works best for you and whatever makes your cooking easier and quicker is the way to go :)

Hey Laura, thanks for all the easy recipe ideas! I was wondering if you might be able to shed some light on what is the best/most clean salami you buy? I live in Australia and whilst i know meats like this need to be cured, ours has so many preservatives and "numbers" on the label! Whats your advice?

What size are the cast iron pans you’re using for your pizza? I think they’re bigger than mine. Good size!!!

{lease leave off that awful salami for my slice of pizza & salad, I lobe Italian groiund sausaage for my slice. Rhoda Bowen
@nicnykaza142 жыл бұрын
It's funny to me that you're concerned with fillers in shredded cheese (cellulose and starches) - which are harmless, but then top the pizza with a group A Carcinogen known to cause cancer - salami.
@fredsodyssey63192 жыл бұрын
Please throw that broken knife away! It drives me crazy to see that you are still using it! Get a chef's knife instead. It's a better tool for cutting anyway and totally worth the investment.
