These are some great meal prep ideas. Just a reminder...you should cool the food down to room temp before you drop those containers in the fridge. Hot food should never go straight into the fridge.

It's a food storage myth. Large amounts of food should be divided into small shallow containers for it to cool more rapidly in the fridge. Actually leaving them out can cause bad bacteria to spread more rapidly. So the way it is done in this video is fine. The only thing I don't like about this video is that they say the chicken can be left in the fridge for up to 4 days. It is recommend to only leave cooked chicken in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Actually, putting hot food directly into the fridge will increase the fridge temperature, which is not good for everything in the fridge. its best to cool it down as quickly as possible and then put it in the fridge.

mixing cooked saucy vegetables with rice and then keeping it for days truly is not a good idea. I learned this from my mother. You can keep it separately then put it together when you're about to eat it.

I made the teriyaki stir fry. It was super good! I cut the recipe in half as it was for dinner not a full week prep. There was lots of sauce left after I took out the chicken so I emptied the pan a bit before putting in the veggies. Makes the ratio of salty soya sauce on the chicken to veggies a lot better

Hi (to all my 100% loyal family) (whoever they are) Well I actually had a few more ideas/things I was thinking about. And that was............. Well about my work in general and getting promoted or something like that...... (Actually well maybe I don’t want that actually) Well for a few reasons. • it takes too long (most likely estimated time would be most likely up to a year) • Too boring, I’m not going to attend another one of those classes PERIOD, the first class was literally torture to attend, and the somehow by “some miracle” I got past it. (I mean it wasn’t difficult or anything, it was just super boring) But yeah..... those are the 2 main reasons though. However, so about the “the bosses that I don’t like at work” And “All the random stuff that happens at work with customers and stuff of that sorts and etc.............” So I been thinking of a “somewhat solution to that” (Well it’s still in the “theoretical stage ofc”) Ok so the idea is I’m an 684 but 8w7. It all starts with my eBay business. So pretty much my “eBay business will be the start of my entrepreneurial/entrepreneurship” (And the business will obviously be a success with the help of my 100% loyal family) But yes, like I said. After (my eBay business becomes a success, and yes it will, with the help of all my 100% loyal family) I’m going to explore, even more ways of making money / pretty much the main idea is entrepreneurship and stuff like that. So pretty much the end goal for this project is for me to be able to. “Make enough money for a living without having a boss to tell me what to do” (Kind of like being self employed in a way) (In a way) Side note: however so pretty much, the thing is I’ll prob always have my current job, since it’s obviously too risky to quit it. (And obviously I’m not going to quit the job, it’s like the best job there is for me, but you get the idea) And about the bosses that I hate at my job, say if my eBay business works (And obviously it will) I would only have to work 4 days (3 days off) a week, and that’s pretty much “minimal contact with them”. Which is I think is “Pretty much OK” But the main idea right is. My eBay business will be the start of my entrepreneurial life. And after that like I said, I’m looking to explore more ways of starting a business and making A LOT of money. (With the help of all my 100% loyal family ofc, and with their help ofc it will work) (Also another thing, and maybe I’m wrong on this. But I don’t think I am, in fact I think I’m 100% right) (And this is just an example, the type of business that I want to start is obviously going “to work differently”) So pretty much when I used to work at UDF back at in Ohio (my first job actually). Every time I see the “instructions, protocols and procedures manual and all that stupid shit” I always thought of something like............ “Why do people have to make stuff so complicated” (I mean sure, business can follow those steps for the to make things very efficient) But there are a lot of other ways that you could do the very same things and it would be just as fast, just as efficient and A LOT less complicated than all that technical stuff. (All that stuff can pretty much be summed up in 1 sentence, and it’d be a lot easier to understand) But yeah....... and like I said, I don’t think I’m wrong exactly.......... in fact I think I’m right.i think that my own “simple but unique” method is just another way to do literally the exact same thing. (And that those style of doing things is just a thinker’s way of doing things, And again, which doesn’t necessarily mean their idea is the better one or anything, it just means that that method works for them just like that method better) And so pretty much my point is. “ I always thought all those job descriptions that you see on job listing/requirements/duty to be “overly technical” and that they “Unnecessarily overcomplicate it” I mean sure, “technically” those ARE the the actual duties listed” But the real job in action? No, it’s simple as fuck. It’s just “Do this, do that” And obviously you need logical thinking/the required knowledge and stuff, but most people of average intelligence are capable of that. (It’s not like something like, you need a genius level IQ or the ability to decipher the string theory or something) And so that pretty much just leads to “Interms” Which is obviously pretty much the ONLY thing a person needs in order to properly do a job. (No don’t need a 4 year college degree (but unfortunately society isn’t exactly “too open minded” and that’s why some jobs a 4 year college degree is essential for jobs that ACTUALLY don’t need it.) But yeah and so about “interms in general” what interms pretty much do is pretty much teach you “literally the things you have to perform on the job” I mean the idea is simple. “Could it get any more clearer/simple than showing you literally step by step what you should be doing on the job?” No. Sensors are people who learn by doing. Once you repeat the same stuff everyday and get used to it. It becomes 2nd nature. There is nothing else to it really.......... (And no this is NOT Si, it’s simply a 6 thing we my point is I’m an ESFP 684 and we been over this before) (At least for your normal average- above average paying jobs jobs mostly, I mean obviously it gets a lot more complicated if your like a CEO or a really high rank or something, but yeah normally it would be just that) But uhm........ yeah I actually rambled a lot. But my point is. “No, I cba to learn all that complicated stuff made by “other thinker entrepreneurs” well simply because I don’t think it’s necessary in fact I think a lot of it is just useless bs really” I think that “My own simple but unique way of doing things can get the job done just as fast, just as efficient but just “a way more suited for me” (Ok so, technically the chances are that the thinker’s method is going to be “more efficient” but “my uniqueness creativity ” makes up for that) Oh and just one final example of this topic.(that I thought of) So say at my current job. What I mean by “overcomplicstion is” Say, The job duties of the manager/top managers obviously I haven’t seen them, but I’d imagine it’s a “whole list of unnecessarily over-complicated shit”. And so my point is. Pretty much all of that shit can be summed up as. “Call people/bosses, manage numbers aka do some math , make customers happy, ability to read social norms and solve social problems, report anything that goes wrong to the higher ups, make the place make a lot of money by good marketing/advertisement. (And general knowledge/experience of everything the job related, obviously knowledge/experience is power when it comes to stuff in that job field.) (But obviously I don’t have to worry about that since I’m not planning to get promoted or anything I’m looking to start my own business ) (Well after my eBay business becomes a success and obviously it will, with the help of my 100% loyal family) (And I know that’s “overly simplifying it” but the information obviously isn’t my meant to be taken literally, it’s suppose to be “the rough idea, that make reminds you of other more complicated ideas” Say, you think of “call bosses, manager numbers” (Those 2 simple words reminds you of “the full picture” and so therefore you don’t have to “remember all that overcomplicated stuff” you remember one word, and that one word reminds you of the “full list of things you have to do” It’s so simple really. (And there’s also that problem about working for “other people/businesses” because they want you to do it THEIR way, and I’m capable of that, it’s just that I don’t want to, and it makes things more complicated/harder for me because “my own way is most optimum for me” and it gets the job done just as well) But uhm........ And yeah..... and so overall. I think that I’m very excited to become an entrepreneur. (For the first time in my life) and manage my own business. (Well with the help of my 100% loyal family ofc, and not just help they are the main deciding factors for my business to succeed well, for a lot of reasons actually) And obviously I’m going to do a lot on my part , but they are still the main deciding factors for my business to succeed I am dependent on them obviously.) (And obviously I have my lifetime connection with all my 100% loyal family) But uhm.....yeah that is the biggest thing right now actually. (Well that and my credit cards so I can get my gaming PC setup) Oh and just something else. • so about my safe, that I got, I still have somewhat OCD about the safe handle being able to move when locked, but like I said before chances are that this is normal. But anyhow I just want this confirmed by the a knowledgeable employees of the safe company worker (On FaceTime video, so that I could show them what exactly I mean) Most likely on my off day on Thursday. (And am I addressed this before, but when I say OCD I obviously don’t have OCD it’s just a figure of speech when my 7 wing (I’m a 6w7 goes to a 1 i guess ) That should actually be all for tonight. Going to bed now. (Actually maybe I’ll game a little dawn of war soulstorm, or dead frontier) (Since today i did get home early, and so turns out it’s only 10 right now) But yeah. To (all my 100% loyal family) (whoever they are) Thanks for reading!
