Thank you. i always feel self concious about workouts and a simple demonstration without explanation and embarrassing motivational phrases, or over the top music or something is really nice. Glad I can do this quietly in my bedroom. During the plank dips my lungs made some goofy ahh noises. Sounded like I was breathing out at the same time as in

I lift regularly but never do abs, started doing this every night since Monday. Gonna try it everyday for 2 weeks and see if I see a slow improvement. As of now, I struggle tremendously lol.

ANKLE WEIGHTS... those always take ab workouts to the next level! 👌🏽 And if you are looking to really challenge yourself, we just did a 15 min dumbbell abs workout the other week that is brutal! 👍🏽
