Hi there! I would suggest starting slow doing few reps as long as there is not pain. And if possible see a physical therapist.

What if the circles hurt my knees am I too far from the wall?

Try doing it with bent knees. It maybe from tight hamstrings

It’s been years since you’ve kept it real with an upload for me. Here I have been laboring through these 40 min workouts. That level of tolerance. That amount of stamina. The threshold of indifference to visual and tactile stimuli. I am a confident man; but I am also self-aware. I do not have long enough of a relationship shelf life to build a callous thick enough to give you, to give us, 40. I thought about this long and hard. Even that thought session was sustained for just over eight minutes. Now five minutes with replay value…if I think of dead kittens and you promise to make legitimate or fabricated sounds that could possibly be interpreted as sexual or sex-adjacent. I am confident that a training plan could be developed. 5 times daily. 5x0.5 for month one. 5x2. Ultimately 5x5 does seem plausible. I need to believe my fitness analogies are rooted in authenticity. Please do not feel I have devalued our years together from LCD, LED to OLED and countless generations of iPhones, iPads and MacBooks. It’s just that…I finally feel….god dammit I’m confident I can hip bridge with you for 5 minutes and I’m not afraid anymore! Experts report great results can be achieved by removing hurdles to exercise. Hurdles such as a commute by purchasing home fitness equipment, or not taking benzodiazepines to reduce anxiety before you have the courage to initiate 30 minutes with Lindsay. Thanks coach! 🙃
