I’ve been working out to Shaun t, billy blanks, Denise Austin, and Jeanette Jenkins for almost a year with no results. I’ve only been doing these workouts a few weeks and I’m seeing results already! I love these workouts and I’m glad that I don’t have to do floor exercises if I don’t want to because of my back. Keep doing what y’all are doing. This is a blessing to me and I’m pretty sure other women everywhere.

What I like about this workout is; there is no bunch of talking, she shows you what to do, you do it with the timer, and the final round is identified. There is no discouragement with telling us how much time us left. Just a workout. Period.

@@Lia-if9kcfruits, veggies and healthy fats are good if you want to lose weight. watch how much sodium is in your food/seasonings. for a diet, you should be consuming 1500 mg or less of sodium. fish is also a good thing to add into your diet as it’s a protein and helps you stay full for longer

@@6-AMPERANDREALOUISER 3 weeks going I’ll list the changes and my observations :Note that I weigh 60kg prior to starting the workout ,I have a tummy pouch 😂😂which I am not so proud of : 1:From day 13 I noticed my lower pouch was getting tighter. 2:My tighs were reducing which I really didn’t appreciate 3: I lost 1 inch from my waist line . I have added squats so I don’t lose more of my tighs😂😂😂

FINALLY!!! I have found a video that is short, sweet and disabled-friendly! Thank you so much! I have cerebral palsy and other muscular issues, so it's hard to find the right trainer! I just finished walking 30 minutes on my elliptical, bounced for 10 minutes on my rebounder, did a 12 minute pilates arm workout and then this workout. I still have another 30 minute walk and another 10 minute bounce on my rebounder yet to do before I am done. Your workout is no joke !! I just did this workout and I can feel the "burn" in my stomach muscles. When I do ab workouts on the floor, with a mat, it hurts my back. I do believe I will see my stomach decrease and strengthen as I continue, (daily), to use this workout and other workouts on this channel. Thank you!

Update : 8/9/21 this work out has been helping me to lose some inches on my waist. I am very grateful of this channel and the quick response if you have questions or comments. I will keep doing this plus more exercises from this channel. Thanks a lot for putting together videos for all types of body. I started today. Wish me luck 🙏. I don't do exercise often and I am over weight or (obese). This is manageable for some beginners. I am been counting as much I can my calories intake, and also I have been doing for about 5 weeks a 28day challenge (app) I feel adding this routine help me to lose almost an 1lb extra. I suggest Chloe Ting I havent been dieting or anything and im already seeing the begining of 11 abs(with doing 3 of her ab excercies daily) Yes im drenched in sweat from doing this rn and yes this is my first time doing this but I highly suggest Chloe Ting(for reference I was bascially laying down on the couch for a year since my dad died at home and im over 200 pounds) I honestly have scoliosis in my back and no back strength(at least when i started) now i can easily do all of her excercies that I have to do on my back and they are my favorite now cause I thought id never be able able to do them lol.

I love this! I am in Singapore and we don't wear shoes inside the house. This 15 min workout requires no shoes, no mat, no other equipment. The music is light and pleasant. Lovely Mrs Muscle does not talk much, you will enjoy a relaxed and calm environment! There is no jumping in this set, this is so downstairs people-friendly haha! Simple steps yet not boring! Love it!

I have been really struggling recently as i got a knee injury in August (it's now November) and i was never able to put weight on my knee for planking and those sort of exercises. I have been sitting for months, scared to workout because I'll have a panic attack if my heart rate gets too high! I got up and did this after a long day of working and sitting. It was easy to keep up with, my heart rate was never elevated uncomfortably, and with the 30-second intervals, by the time you feel like an exercise is getting too hard to keep up, it's over. Loved it! New sub :)

Wow - finally an exercise I can actually go though fully! So many workouts overcomplicate their movements and then claim to be "beginner-friendly". It puts people new to the fitness journey down! I'm 279lbs (mostly muscle mass though still very...very out of shape after lockdown demotivating me) and I got through this with energy to spare for another one! I came across this workout last week and I'm feeling better than I have been in a while. At first it was challenging and it still is a bit for me but as I keep pushing it's getting better, I had ankle surgery in May of 2021 and the workout doesn't bother me as bad as I thought it would. Starting as of 9/23/24 as 13 years old, 5’0, 47kg. I have really ass motivation so… I’m not on any diet, but I don’t really eat any snacks nor do I overeat. I don’t usually get exercise outside of PE in school either. Day 1: No difference, but will try again tomorrow!! Day 2: 46kg, but I think that’s because yesterday I did this right after dinner. It’s around 5 hours after dinner now, so that might be a difference. Day 3:

I have lost 45 pounds in a year. I’ve been able to maintain that loss for six months. I had a breast reduction to even out the symmetry after breast cancer. Yes I was in such a mood last night because I was mad at myself because the day before I had Baskin Robbins waffle cone with two scoops of ice cream and a 1/2 order of nachos. Absolutely love this video. I’m a teenager with joint problems all in my legs that have kept me from running like I used to. I’m also happy that this isn’t as focused on making you sweat and odd floor exercises that include moving the knees a lot, but more so focused on working out the abs. ❤❤

This is way much better standing workout for abs than the other one I did. It doesn't hurt my knees and it really targeted my whole abdomen. Thank you for showing us this video. I hope to see more of this type as I am aiming for a flat tummy.

I have rheumatoid arthritis. I have struggled trying to work out without pain. I really enjoyed this my knees and feet were not hurting and I made it through the entire routine. I also could feel the burn (in a good way) THANKS!!

nice! I felt every move, and really appreciated the "transition call outs" to give us time to adjust/reset. I'm actually sweating, and I haven't even done a proper warm up beforehand! I'll incorporate this after my long walks, before a stretch and cool down.

Thanks for the no jumping lol I’m not super out of shape but my exercise induced asthma kicks in much faster when I’m jumping around and it’ll affect how long I can continue the workout. Finished this. Thanks :)

Day 1 - 2 sets of these workout done🎉 Day 2- workout done ...🎉feeling so good and sweating a lot Day 3 - success🎉 Day 4- super effective workout...I was sweating...my bloated belly is back to normal and hips are much tighter... Day 5- 2 sets done in a row...results are visible Day 6- rest day... but measured hips reduced from 45 to 44...waist from 35 to 34 Day 7 - 2 sets done🎉 Day 8- done🎉 Day 9 - 🎉🥳 Day 10- done 1 set... I am feeling awesome after this workout straight 10 days in a row❤ Day 11- skipped the workout today Day 12- did the workout..my body is already back to its normal shape. Now working on the abs

I'm sure this is a perfect routine for the young, but I also find this, as a male senior, very good for abs/core. It is strenuous, but doable and the right length for a daily exercise. Thank you, I'd been looking for a regular routine.

this workout is so fun! unlike the other ones, i dont feel my abs loose engagement as i get through the workout but instead they increase the amound they engage in each movement. its not repetitive even though there are 4 rounds and one of the best workouts ive done in years!!! i will be continuing to use this workout!! thank you so much!!

Finally an exercise I can get all the way through. I'm going to do this everyday for a month to see my results. 8/8/2022 Completed, 8/9/2022 Completed, 8/10/2022 Completed, 8/11/2022 Completed, 8/12/2022 Completed, 8/17/2022 Completed, 8/23/2022 Completed, 8/25/2022 Completed, 8/31/2022 Completed, 9/1/2022 Completed, 9/5/2022 Completed, 9/8/2022 Completed. I have not been totally consistent but see a difference. I also think it helps with gas and bloating. I will keep going for another month. 9/9/2022 Completed.

6:10 am 7/12/24 First time, thought I would try this. It was awesome. Had to stop and stretch out at 10 min, but tomorrow I will at least 12-14. I am 60 years old with 60 years of emotional eating and bad habits. So far i have dropped 50 pounds by diet and power walking doc say another 50 is ideal. I have 3 small dogs that are on top of me when I am on the floor. So standing workouts are best. Thank you for this one!

Day 1 ✅ didn’t feel much of a burn just super sweaty. Had fun doing all the exercises. Remind me to come back tomorrow thank you. Day 2 ✅ was excited to do it but got distracted because of 2 fire alarms but I got through it. Can’t wait for tomorrow! Day 3 ✅ zoomed through it and really felt motivated! Hopefullly I can keep this routine up for at least 2 more weeks. I have to say tho, this exercise is SO easy! Day 4 ✅ wasn't excited for today cuz I was really tired but still made it ig Day 5 rest day Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ Day 8 ✅ I have a least favourite exercise and a favourite

What I like about this workout is; there is no bunch of talking, she shows you what to do, you do it with the timer, and the final round is identified. There is no discouragement with telling us how much time us left. Just a workout. Period.

Doing this for 6 weeks until school time to loose weight and glow up haha have some belly fat i gotta loose Day one: Pretty easy did along another ten minute abs workout Day two: Struggled wayyyy more then yesterday lol kinda sore from my abs as well as Day three: Dieting during this as well i feel less bloated and i saw a tiny bit more definition when doing the workout in the mirror

Currently on a weight loss journey and already 15 pounds down! So i decided to add this to my workout routine to target stubborn bellyfat so I'll keep yall updated! Goal is 14 days for now! I've noticed that my body has toned down and my waist is coming out! I've also noticed that my love handles shrinked down so I decided to add this workout to my routine! This definitely works guys

Just found your channel today and got started right away. I finished a 5.6km run earlier. It is my Day 38/90 fit and wellness challenge to myself. The goal is to get normal blood sugar and cholesterol as my doctor says to incorporate exercise to diet and meds. I'll have to see if exercising really will help get the goal.
