Hellloooo beautiful people ♥︎ today it's about RELAXING :D 5min after a workout, 5min before bed or 5min in the morning - we can make that. A quick stretch is always a good idea. ♥︎

Thank you for this. I used to be super athletic but over the last year or so I’ve slipped into a depression and lately I have found it difficult to even get out of bed and do things. This has led to me gaining weight and I when I try to force myself to work out I just get discouraged because I can’t perform the way I used to. I saw this video and was able to tell myself it was just five minutes and it’s just stretches. This video is the first thing that has felt manageable in a long time. Thank you so much. Edit: WOW I just want to say I feel so much love and encouragement under this comment. To anyone experiencing something similar, I get it and it SUCKS!!! But I know it can get better, even though it doesn’t look or feel like it right now. 💛💛

In a lot of cases it's safety if they take the effort to explain the movements and proper form. I actually wish she did that before each video because form is crucial.

so heres the workouts -side to side stretch 30 sec -arm circles 30 sec -neck circles 30 sec -cat & cow rolls 30 sec -hip flexor (R) 30 sec -hamstring stretch 30 sec -pigeon stretch 30 sec -hip flexor (L) 30 sec -hamstring stretch 30 sec -pigeon stretch 30 sec -tummy stretch 30 sec WELL DONE! :)

Pigeon stretch is the most comfortable stretching pose I ever did before. LOVE IT it’s so delightful, i could fall asleep like that 🥰✨

This is one of my favorite stretches ever! Pamela is doing God’s work. I added a little easy child pose in the end for a counter stretch until the music fades out because I tend to have lower back pain sometimes and it feels great.

I really like this one and so I'm gonna make it twice every day :) Edit #1: it has been a week now and I'm in love with these 6 mins 😭❤ Edit #2: it has been a month now~ I LOVE THESE 6 MINS OF MY DAY! I definitely recommend you doing it every day Edit #3: so it has been more than a month and I must say that this stretch video is GOLD. Thank you for making this video mrs. Pamela 😭❤

i had back problems recently and I was told to lay off the exercise for a couple of weeks. I have recovered now, thankfully. I’m starting out with Pamela’s 30min plans!! it makes me sad because before my back issues arise, I was able to do her 45min sweaty + hard plan with minor difficulty, and now, on the first day of doing her 30min plan, I was very sweaty. I hope I can get back to my original strength and more soon!!!! :(

look up 'camel pose' for a tutorial. you really should not just bend backwards and grab your feet its a very intense yoga pose and very crazy for your back. start by just placing your hands on your lower back and bend backwards. I was a bit wtf when I saw her doing this in the video, in yoga this is always prefaced with a bunch of warnings and showing modifications... you can hurt yourself, so be careful and enjoy :)

So guys, just a little warning. I have been doig yoga for like 9 years , and at the tummy stretch one, Its kind of dangerous when you're an introvert , you should open to the worl carefully :) Awesome stretching! Well done!

I was sore these three or four days and I don't know a lot of stretches. I wanted something easy, quick, and helpful. I tried this and all my soreness went away, or drastically lessened. I love this!

your excersises really give me a lot of hope, until recently I have been trying meditate everyday until I build enough motivation to try this, I spent 6 months doing that and now your workouts have helped me begin my next journey. I'm a freshman and I am a dancer (ballet, jazz, contemporary, etc) and recently I felt myself getting extremely discouraged with my dancing skills and my fitness in general. It has been really frustrating watching everyone else move ahead and get things easier than I do, and it started to show in my dancing. I am so thankful for this video and the other fitness and stretching videos Pamela has posted because I'm finally getting into shape like I've wanted to for so long! Thank you!!!

this is so so so good! I do this before i walk to school because my hamstrings usually cramp up or tense when i walk to school and this makes me feel great all-round. :)

thank you for this! im trying to be a better person in 2022 and that all starts with self care. ive really neglected my mental & physical health these past few years, unable to brush my teeth (i havent in years due to sensory overload all the flavors taste), taken baths for weeks, taken walks in months, etc.
