I think this is THE BEST VIEW we ever had!! 🥺 The most popular place in Capri (Italy), filmed on a sailing boat with nobody around.. plus A RAINBOW 🌈🥺 that's almost too much to handle for my romantic heart hahaha. My mom and me were on a 4-day vacation but there is no way I would skip this view. A booty burn could not be more "beautiful" 😈

I started this workout two days after it was out. in the beginning, i had to take breaks after two or three exercices and my thighs were suffering. the leg bridges were a nightmare i could barely do them. three weeks later, i can do the whole video without taking a break and i barely break a sweat, and my thighs are so much stronger. it takes time but you gain strenght on the long run. stay strong guys you can do it!

Nice video, guys always remember to activate your bodies before any workout with some light stretching then we're ready to roll with the workout, your body functions better when it's activated. I Always start my tutorials and classes in gyms with a pre-warm up, from 1st gear up to 5th always.

This a very effective routine. I’ve been doing it for almost a month and I started noticing it works because when I’m walking my backpack jumps a lot after each step, which it never used to happen. Also I’ve read some comments saying they feel it hurts more in the legs than the butt but that’s because it helps making a thigh gap! Which is something I started noticing too when I walk. @@Kahu_1damn I'm not sure it'll be of any help now after a year or so, but I think you might be putting weight on your toes/leaning forward too much instead of your heels! If you want to focus on your booty, you should be putting pressure/weight on your heels ❤

I used to *despise* working my booty, mostly because I only did Chloe Ting's challenges and her booty workouts were dry, boring as hell, and killer on the knees(imo). However, Pam's workouts are so much fun and I love the fact that there are so many creative exercises! THANK YOU PAM *kith*

I was hanging out with my friend and he asked me what I was up to for the rest of the day. I told him, “School and then I’m gonna work out.” He asked me what I did for my workout, and I said Pamela Reif and her weekly calendars (I do 45min sweaty). I showed him the channel. He laughed and said, “Well I lift, this girl is probably so easy” We did today’s calendar workout (the EASY booty day) and he was dying in the first video (the 12min grow your booty). said his butt was numb. Tomorrow, we’re going to redo Monday’s extreme booty day because I want to show him what an actual booty day is like Edit: we also did 10min abs per Pamela’s request! he also said he hadn’t felt challenged like this physically in a long time and so we’re both doing the weekly workout plans this week :)

ANYONE LOOKING TO SEE IF A RANDOM PERSON HAD RESULTS?? I DID! I've been doing this workout 2 weeks now (3 times a week only!!!) just till minute 5:45 and i trust you guys i see my booty a little bit lifted up and a lot rounder! My mom also said to me she see's that i have a lit bit more booty and lifted up!!!!

I love booty monday so much better than tuesday or any other day - after the weekend I'm so much more energetic and can train my booty so much stronger - can we please keep that? x Also, much more motivated for the week as booty day is over right away - but strongerrrrr! I am doing the 45 min sweaty + hard and today was the first time I've had no need to remove any weight during the workout (inner+outer thigh & bubble butt!!) which was huge for meeeee and in between videos, I didn't need to take ANY break! THANKS PAAAAAAAAAAM, love getting strong with you x

yay! first "normal" workout I did after my knee surgery! It's been 3 months and I still can't really bend my knee at 90 degrees or more so I just mostly did half squats lol but still. thank you❤️

I think this is the first Pam workout I ever did, like half a year ago maybe, and I remember I had to take three or four breaks because my legs just wouldn't work anymore but I really wanted to finish it. I've been doing Pams plans for thirteen weeks now and the only time I paused the video today was in the transition from standing to the mat so that I wouldn't miss any of the exercises. :D

1 day: new to workouts hurts but I have determination! done! 2 day: way easier than before, noticed some mistake I made and intesified the movements a little. done! 3 day: my muscles burned the whole day and I felt some muscles building up when I walked. The workout was so hard today! done!
