Tips on how to do deep core exercises properly:
1. Take your time to place all vertebrae on the floor
2. Relax neck and shoulders
3. Find your breath
4. Notice if any vertebrae have lifted and adjust
5. Start scooping up the lower layer of the pelvic bowl (women and men). Include the anal sphincter and urethral sphincter.
6. Find your breath
7. Start engaging more lower abdominal fibers.
8. Think of creating a 360 degree brace from the deepest layer. This will be gentle.
9. Re-plant vertebrae on the floor
10. Breathe, hold, repeat.
Advanced: Add heel drops or small bicycle movement while maintaining 1-10
