I’ve watched so many “yoga for sleep” videos, but this is the only one I find myself coming back to, since it doesn’t involve high-intensity poses and is easy to follow. So glad I can add this to my bedtime routine.

Happy to find this video again, this was one of the only routines that could get me asleep for many years, came back to it today as I'm having trouble sleeping again. My husband quotes this video all the time and still tells me to "relax the space between your eyebrows" 😆

A little constructive criticism: I couldn't really see your legs or what was happening behind you, which made it really hard for me to see what to do, as your instructions were foreign to me since I'm a beginner and English is not my first language. If you could maybe have some different angles so I can see it better? You have a very relaxing voice and the routine would've probably really relaxed me if I wasn't so frustrated because I didn't know what to do :)

I have some challenging health issues that have stopped me from doing exercise for some time. I need to begin doing exercise again but need to begin with exercise routines that are very short or I will end up stopping myself due to pain flare up. Love you! Could we please have more Yin Yoga combined with more in-bed routines. In our household, we do your "5 Minute Before Bed Yoga" routine from August 27, 2014 a lot (not just before bed or just in bed); however, it often feels too fast to be relaxing or restorative, so if something like that were twice as long, that could be more relaxing and restorative (not more poses, necessarily, just longer holds).

This was an amazing video!! The only thing is I got a little confused with the positions because I like to close my eyes. I like that this is such a quick sequence, but it’s too fast-moving for me to be able to do it without pausing the video, readjusting to get into the next pose, and then playing it again. I hope someday you’ll re-do this one to make it more... relaxing 😌

Hey Candace. When you pull your knee into your chest, if you have a belly, can you bring the leg towards the outside so that it comes closer to the body? Or does the change in angle make that kind of useless? I hope that makes sense. I have really tight hamstrings, but it's hard to get a good stretch when my belly gets in the way a bit.

Megan G Hey Megan, Great question. You can most definitely bring the leg toward the outside to accommodate the belly. That's actually the best tip I can give for modifying any yoga pose for a fuller belly or chest - do whatever you need to do to accommodate it. Sometimes it may change where you feel the stretch (for example if you keep the knee out toward your armpit it'll be more of a hip opener but that's really no problem. As long as you are within a pain-free range, you're good to go!

This was so calming.... I had my knees on pillows, I was so relaxed, about to fall asleep,.,.. then there was a 5G Verizon add... imma do it again cuz now I’m not calm. I’m getting frustrated.
