I been doing these everyday, as well as the 5 min chest work out , 10 min bicep arm-workout, and the 5 min blast dumbbell work out . I started these the beginning of June and i can see major improvements in my arms and my chest for 3 weeks so far . You have to be dedicated and be on a healthy diet if you wanna see improvements. Really recommend it ! will be back by the end of June to let y’all know more !

Caleb Obodai So far i’ve been doing them everyday , like just once a day but throughout out the day i be doing like 40 diamond pushups. I usually dont eat that much , just once a meal . Most likely chicken and veggies and avoid chips and all junk food , just eat healthy stuff like fruits etcc. Have a cheat day but just like 2x a month .

Doing harder workers that make you bulk up is better tbh, you can just stretch to be lean. I did 20 pull ups everyday, got bulky, stretched everyday for a month and now my arms look a lot slimmer☺️.

xd super I’m very happy and impressed with my results!...I followed the ‘80/20’, 80% what u eat and 20 is the workout itself...I started with his upper body 10min workout, gradually added the 10min ab workout once I was comfortable enough with doing both...currently, Im mixing my workouts now that I’ve built up enough endurance over the last few months...I’ve added dumbbell and another sit-up workout while still doin my bully thing! His eating habits were more than helpful also

I remember about 8 months ago I couldn't do a single pushup because I was too underweight. Now I commit to 30-50 everyday. I know I have a long way to go, but I am just proud and secure of my current progress. :)

I just keep coming back to this video. It's simple, broken down, and you can continue to improve yourself if you slowly get rid of the modifications and push yourself. I've seen better arm results doing this in quarantine than I have going to the gym everyday. Keep it up, man! Love your channel!!

Hey I’m an 18 year old 5’6 126 pound male and I’ve struggled most my life to get above average weight and to even gain muscle but this is my first day starting to work out truly. I’m going to keep using this video till it gets real easy and then I’ll move onto your harder ones. I plan on coming back at least once every day.

XRAY GAMER 4 YT hey dude thanks for asking recently it has been working I’ve been told by my friends that my arms are getting definition. I’ve even been told that my arms look manlier. I’ve also gained a few more pounds when I weighed yesterday I was 132.4 pounds and my stomach is also gaining some definition and it’s looking good for me. I’m enjoying it.

Thanks BullyJuice, I have gotten multiple compliments on my fitness journey all through your concise and efficient workouts. 4 months ago when I started I could only do 15 pushups in quick succession, now I am in the 30's. Mon + Thurs I do either arms, chest, or shoulders, Tues and Fri I do legs, and Wednesday I do core all from your quick workouts. These videos make results but they're only part of the journey, I have already plateaued due to my semi ok diet but I am happy with where I am so that's I feel matters.

Dude thank you so much this video motivated me so much when I felt like I wasn't making progress, seeing you do it and seeing your result made me feel so confident and motivated, I am barely starting, but i feel like this is going to be an amazing experience. I've always been overweight and I've even had doctors tell me I was obese, and right now i made the decision that i want to be in the best shape and form that i can be in. I had a push up bet with my brother and I lost drastically so, I am here to do arm strengthening 😁!! Wish me luck!! And I will update everyday!!! Update: I am improving!!!!😝 but it's freaking tough 😭 Update: I'm so damn happy 😭🤘, we had a match again and I won . It wasn't the most glorious win but still I won 😁😁

Update: to tell u the truth, i skipped the exercise for like 3 - 4 days because of muscle pain . I donno what caused but ya it did hurt like hell

Hy Bully I'm Giuliano from Italy. I'm actually using your videos for my kickboxing class examination. During lockdown I used training from home using dead lift but, I immediately feel myself very less stratched and slowly. So I started, two month from now using your exercises. Body fat are more less and I feel myself more power explosive and with more breath in the high heart beat phases. So, really thanks Bro Always ahead 👍😀

@@claudiopontes4354 nah it’s good I do chest and arm 5-7 times a week, since it’s only 5 minutes you can’t really overwork unless you do it more than 3 times a day

Thank you sir for your exercises ! I've been much of a sport person, while I love playing badminton, volleyball and basketball. I always valued studying more, but now that i made up my mind about being a firefighter at some point in my life, I want to push everyday to become stronger so that I can have the strength to help others when i grow up

thanks for this workout! i am incredibly thin and unfit and this is so helpful and understandable. i am trying to keep track of my progress within a week! i will edit this comment to record my progress! (update!) my arms are a lot more toned and they aren’t like noodles anymore, but i got very sore the first few days and it was super tiring, i also noticed an improvement in strength, this was really helpful

I’ll be honest at the start of this 30 day challenge and I first tried the plank ups, I honestly could not do them. Today is Day 27, and plank ups are no longer a problem 💪🏻 feeling strong!!

I had rotator cuff surgery + 3 titanium screws I the same shoulder (skydiving accident due to a terrifying first time jumper student). Thanks for sharing this video; I feel that I could this slowly without getting injured any further. My upper body is getting tone again, thanks again brother.

Don't do the reverse hand with open palms, it's bad for your wrists, which is most likely why he has bad wrists.

@@mexicanman8774 it can cause tfcc injury due to the cartilage on the top of your hand being under force when the hand is in that position, and replace it with lifting your upper body with one of your legs while laying down, like a crunch, except instead of using abs, you're using biceps, one arm at a time
