Do note that off days are normal & try to always be decsipline with the routine but also prioritise with your work & studies to boost all of yourstats. Exactly 1 year later. Update (11 months later): Age 15 (M) Height: 5"2 1/2 Weight: 118 I started to stretch on a regular basis, not the same stretches in this video but I think the stretches helped with posture, not height itself. I started to take going to the gym seriously and have gone 5-6 days/week. Hence why I gained 20 lbs. I heard of a few studies showing that weightlifting increased growth hormone by a lot and I have noticed it and I grew 4 inches this year. This comment got more likes then I thought and I hope this helped you guys. I am still short but finally hit my growth spurt I'll make another update in January. I'm 16 in November and hopefully will be 5 ft 4 by the end of the year UPDATE December 2024 (1 year and 5 months after my first post): Age: Just turned 16 Height: 5"4 Weight:128 lbs I just turned 16 and am still growing. I'm 5ft 4 now and nearly 130 lbs. Ive grown 6 inches in about a year and a half which to me is pretty good. I have definitely put on muscle now working out and thats why Ive gained 35 lbs in that time.

Hello i'm starting today this routine, i'm 18 years old, i just thought i was taller always thought i was about 5'9 (1,75 m) but no i'm actualy 5'8 (1,72 m) i always was insecure about my height, in school i was always the shortest kid from the friend group and i always wanted to be taller i will try to do this now every day and i will update if i see any change. April 25, 2023 (day 1): Age: 18 (M) Height: 5'8(1,72 m) Weight: 125 lbs (56,7 kg) Target height: 6'0 (1,83 m) My dad is 5'10, my mom is 4'11 first time doing this exercise, still around 1,72 to 1,72,5 m (5'8) nothing change much i will try to do this everyday and will update in may, 1. Well, first update is finally may, 1 in my country i have so many things i want to say, well first i just skipped 1 day cuz i got a test and i had to study and didn't have time to stretch but for the last 4 days i have been doing these exercises everyday so this is my "stats" right now. May 1, 2023 (day 4): Age: 18 (M) Height: 5'8 (1,73m) Weight: 128 lbs (58,1 kg) Target height: 6'0 (1,83 m) Well first i wanna say im trying to get 60kg (132 lbs) too, and i was bulking a bit this days, I'm trying to eat a lot more and exercise, I'm drinking a lot more water, getting much more sun light, and im trying to improve my sleep, today i got much more sleep than the usual i slept for about 8 hours today in every other days i got about 6 hours sleep because of school. So about my height, i improved about 0,5/1cm, i think that for 4 days is a lot ngl that is about 0,2/0,5 inches, and i rly got 5'9 tho but only with shoes, I've seen some changes playing sports, like playing voleyball, probably was because i had a bad posture or something before but when i was in my PE class, i was able to catch the ball a lot higher than my usual, i felt much better about my height because of that haha, well I'm gonna continue doing this exercises for this all month and see what happen, with this 4 days I've noticed some changes but this can be because I've a really bad posture and because I now do these exercises more regularly, these exercises may be causing me to have better posture and gain a few inches in the process, well lets see what happen if i continue doing this for this month i hope at least i get 5'9 without shoes ahah. June 21, 2023 (day 8): Age: 18 (M) Height: 5'9 (1,75m) Weight: 130 (59 kg) Target height: 6'0 (1,83 m) I FINALLY GOT 1.75m(5'9) and I'm 1.77m with shoes on which is approximately 5'10 I think it would be around 5 '9 and 3/4 if I'm not mistaken, I've been doing a lot of exercise since the summer started and in just 2 weeks I've grown about 2 cm (around 1 inch) and I feel like I'm going to grow more too I think this it's happening because I think my growth phase hasn't stopped yet, even though I'm 18 I feel like I'm still in puberty my body still compares a lot to that of a child and I still sometimes have flaws in my voice, probably I'm just a late bloomer or something, but i think everyone can grow an 1 inch or two with puting some work on it like, i have been taking a lot more sun than my usual and i am exercising my body like crazy, eating a lot more and I just got a inch doing that, so i think everyone can do it with hard work! Before reading this i want to say that every time i mentioned my height i means it barefoot and theres a chance of me giving some inaccurate height ( about 0.5 inchis ) So if i said 170 cm i may be 171 or 169 or 170 If i said 171 i may be 171 or 170 or 172 If i said 175 i may be 174 or 175 or 176 So keep in mind that theres a room for mistakes. @@PhươngTrần-b2z1h I am now about 175cm or so, I think it's about puberty not the stretches, I feel good about that to be honest, the summer is here, I am willing to start swimming and exercising to get more hormones and become taller, I am now 15 and 2 month and I don't think my growth was bad, whoever just like I said it's most likely the puberty that I find out to be more likely a late one because of various factors, if you have anymore question you could ask me.

If you guys think it is fake, it isn't. Stretching helps your posture which helps you seem taller. Stretching can also stimulate and release growth hormones (GH) which can help with bone growth and height growth

People dont lose hope im 13 ( 14 in a month) an i have been doing stretching exercices for like 8 days strethes and also listening to subliminals in this 8 days I've grown 2cm almost an inch and my goal is 30 days so i have a lot of progress to do before i was 5,4.7(164) and now im 5,5.5(166) almost 5,6 so keep going i dont know if they are my genetics because my father i short 160 and my mother is 167 tall for a woman, my granda and my uncles are tall maybe thats why but holy sh1t im growing so do't lose hope and keep going it make take some time to grow and ive also been sleeping like 9-10 hours drinking alot of water eating alot and doing excercise, aim also black and i wanna get 5,7-5,8 so i will keep you updated.

February 27th Age: 16 Height: 5’10.5 Weight: 176lbs Target: 6’1 Mom is 5 foot 3 Dad is 6 foot 3 Doing this twice daily along with additional stretching in the shower and whenever I happen to go swimming. I may seem on the heavier end for my weight and height, but a lot more of that is muscle than you would expect. Been going to the gym for 7 months and am more active than most teens in my age. I used to update my height progress on this channel using my previous youtube account but i forgot it's password but i remember i started with the height of 5'6 or 169-170 cm. i just turned 17 back then. Now im about to be 19 and im 180 cm without shoes on. Or you could say 5'11. With shoes im easily 6 foot or 183+ cm. And I'm still growing, i used to do this exercise alongisde other KZbin videos too since i was insecure about my height. My goal was actually 5'10 but I'm taller now lol. Don't give up you guys can do it, i know i did.

My posture is a lot better from the first week forward. Not gonna lie, I skipped a lot of days, but every time I do this, I feel better going towards the day. I don't know if I'm taller, but I feel that if I kept going, by now I would have maintained a better posture for days, and maybe I gained 1cm without being consistent. But keep going, be consistent, do not go at it and stop doing these like I did.

Age: 14 Height: 197,3 cm Goal Height: 204 cm Grown 5.3 cm in 2 months with regular diet and intense work out. Played basketball, done many exercices to get taller and configurated the diet to the most equilibrated for Height. Basketball really helped me, agility plays a role for the bones to grow but there are lots of other factors you can depend of.

Alright, I guess I should try this because it is really stretch my spine and legs. Age: 14 (almost 15) Female Height: 158 cm Little background I've noticed that I stopped growing. I tried a lot of exercises, workouts, tried to eat more protein but nothing really worked. I hate my height because almost everyone is taller than me. Honestly, I was quite close to loosing hope but I have just read all the comments here and I understood that my growing might just take time. i did this routine consistently for a while and my entire posture changed and I got a little taller. I stopped working out for a long time but during that time my posture did get bad slightly but it was still good. Alright. Im male 5 foot 8.75 inches (175cm). 20 years old. I have below nornal posture. I will do this exercise every day and will write height updates every week or so. Week0 : i just finished this exercises and i had slight increase (like 0.3 cm), which i lost after 1 hour. It was morning tho and we normally lose 1 cm or so after waking up, so it might be because of that. Week 1: 176 cm Mornong height became 177 (it was 176 before) I did exercise only 4 times (didn't really have a time, because of my studies). My posture hasn't significantly changed, but 1 cm is still good for such short period of time. Cya in a week. Will try to be consistant 0:12

*this shit ain't a lie bruh I'm telling the truth , why else would I keep coming back to this comment lmao* I started this a more than a month ago , maybe even close to two.. And I grew one and a half inch , Bear in mind I am 17 My height I measured 2 months ago was 5'7 , i but I wasn't consistent due to a busy schedule.. but still it definitely improved my posture a lot. I did another stretching exercise follow along as well. Please reply to remind me to update. (My parents aren't that tall btw. , Mom is 5'5" and dad is 5'9") February 11 , 2023 : 5'8" March 1 2023 : 5'8" (Not much changed but I was VERY inconsistent , I'll try to be more consistent and update next month) April 1 2023 : 5'8" and a half (close to 5'9") So same thing , although stopped at the end of the month but I will start again and be more consistent but this month I was more consistent than the previous one. So yes I have grown , about half an inch. Which is a lot to be honest in just one month. I will start being way more consistent this month and update next month. May 1 2023 : 5'9" even on a bad day 😳 (5'10" and a half with shoes on) June 1 : Not that much of a difference , still 5'9" (inconsistent again 😭 , because of exams. After exams I'll be consistent) I'm close to my desired height not gonna lie , it could be genetics wonders because I'm still 17 so my growth plates might still be open but who knows. But this stretch definitely help. BUT PLEASE PLEASE DO DEAD HANGS AND SKIP ROPE ITS SO BENEFICIAL ALONG WITH THIS WORKOUT ROUTINE! However I don't think I might grow any taller since my dad is also 5'9" , won't hurt to try tho. ----- August 11 : late update , completely forgot about this but now. The thing is I'm confused between my height I measured. It's sometime 5'10" and sometimes 5'10.5" I sometimes seem slightly taller than my dad , and sometimes a lot taller. It depends on my spine tho. Also due to procrastination it's safe to say it's been more than a month since I've done any physical exercise. I've been busy doing studies and freelancing. But now I'm free from my exams. So I'm starting my fitness journey again. See you next month. (With shoes I am just very slightly shorter than 6 foot btw. That's what I'm kinda proud of but trynna reach 6 foot without shoes. This is not a scam guys , i don't have that much free time to write such big stuff just to give false hope. Update 24 October 2023 : So , it's been a while since I updated But this works I still stretch I'm still 17 and I'm about a lil above 5'10" , not quite 5'11" but I'm getting there. I'll update on December since growing takes time but hey this genuinely works I don't know if it's genetics but this DEFINITELY worked cause I started growing when I started doing this stretch, and I didn't only do this stretching tutorial I also did deadhangs , rope skipping and basically jumping in place for 5 minutes as well. So yes do as many stretches you can. And you'll see the updates. LET'S GET IT BRAHS ---------- New year update : happy 2024 🎉🎉🎉 I am now 5'10 and a half without shoes on and I am almost 6 foot with shoes. It's going decent but by the end of this year I want to be 6 foot. Let's see how that goes. I am not 18 yet , I will be 18 on march 4. @@HilalFCBhonestly, i think you could have been 6ft 2 by now. My statement is proved by having a average sized father, along with a tall mother (5ft 5) it could create an offspring height around 5ft 10-6ft 4. I think you were unlucky.

Guys im only 14 and 5'2" I would normally not have been worried but the problem is im afraid im almost at the end of my puberty, i have really prominent facial hair (i have to shave) and the tanner scale thingy the hair running through my abs are almost reaching down there
I’m 17 and 5’6, gonna start this today my dream height is 5’9. Parents are both decently tall and brother is tall. Gonna update this every month hopefully. Day 1: 5’6 Month 1: Starting to see a *TINY* change, 5’6.25 in the morning, other than that I don’t see very much. Gonna see how far this can take me wish me luck guys. Hopefully I can reach my goal height. Month 2: Still no changes I’ve done it a bit less but I strech every day because of track & field, we’ll see what month 3 entails

@@eclipsesmind7950 your situation is Identical to mine , I have the parents of the same height as yours and I'm also 17 I'm 5'8" now , before starting this stretch I was 5'7" , idk if I grew because of genetics or stretching or nutrition, but I grew. I advise you to hang 4 times a day for 20 - 30 second as well it really helps. And skip rope as much as you can. My goal is to reach 5'11" or atleast 5'10" Good luck buddy.

you‘re just 16 your growth potential is till 25. you can still grow a lot just don‘t smoke don‘t drink much ,eat healthy and exercise with enough sleep

@miss fit that's simply not true, push ups doesn't hurt your height, I was doing a lot of push ups when I started the gym in school I was under 5'7 and now I'm over 5'7 right after so it's not true.
