Kudos for the Video clip! Sorry for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard the talk about - Marnaavid Unexplainable Intervention (do a google search)? It is a smashing one off product for learning how to hack your flow state minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my old buddy Taylor after many years got astronomical results with it.

This is really good! I'd totally recommend doing this lying down with a sleeping mask (or you can even use a folded up towel), it made me feel so relaxed.

I think there must be some introduction to what Mindfulness Meditation of observing breath is. Then you need to tell how to relax your body into the best posture you think is OK and the begin the observation of breath. What is most important is to tell the practitioner that you are not breathing as breath is involuntary. You only observe the in breath and out breath but do not give any value. You will observe initially long breath and gradually beginning to get shorter. At times it may become long again or short but you only observe and you will feel the sensation on your nostrils or on the part below nostrils in upper lip. Relax and observe and the sensations too begin to weaken and an you get into total concentration and may not even feel you are breathing. Do not get frightened by keep at it. With Metta
