Hey Geoffrey! Thanks for stopping by! Sooo... I think of it as _intentional_ laughter, rather than _fake_ laughter. The point of Laughter Yoga is to laugh for no reason for the health benefits. laughteryogatogether.com/benefits/health-benefits-of-laughter-yoga/ The cool thing is that once you start laughing intentionally, it becomes natural laughter. So I would say that the whole video is real laughter. But hey, why don't you try it? Try intentionally laughing for no reason and see if it becomes natural feeling to you. Take care!

I hear ya'. I'm pretty sure I thought it was weird too, before trying Laughter Yoga and Laughter Meditation. Did you try laughing along? You might be surprised how good you feel afterwords, even if you initially fake it. Anyway, I hope you have a nice day!
