You are all good at zumba but your video title says it is a trial. I have seen hundreds of cardio and dance videos and this is far from a trial, which should be a beginner level. Right out the gate, the pace is perfect, but you're already putting your whole bodies into it. Zumba and things like hip hop when done well involve the entire body but this is intimidating to any beginner of zumba. Believe me they are lost trying to follow this. I am a lifelong dancer and I have to put in a little effort to capture the body movements. Instead a trial can be slow to moderate marching in place with arms down or moving naturally or side to side stepping with simple arm movement if you must use arms right away. Think simple.
