Oh my gosh. I'm so happy I found you. I have been wanting to workout for quite some time, but I'm very out of shape and I also have terrible joints and feet, so I need low impact everything. I also have had diastasis recti and I'm always worried about making that worse. I'm so excited to find these simple, quick (I have 4 kids, so it's hard to fit in anything long) and low impact workouts. Thank you!

I had spinal meningitis when I was 12 which affected my spine. I never let it stop me. Ican exercising but because of my spine I have to be careful in doing exercises. After having children I tried to find an exercise to help me lose my stomach at the same time be easy on my back. This seems like a very good exercise that will help me and not put too much pain on my spine. I'm going to try this exercise and if it does not give me too much discomfort I will add it to my regimen thank you so much I will let you know how it worked out for me. From Sweetie !
