I think most of us could benefit from overclocking RAM manually. Since you can't try it due to time constraints, it's useless as content and expo slash online timing tables are used.

I dabbled in memory timings tuning in my Radeon 780M and Radeon 760M guides. You can find the timings I used for DDR5-6400 and DDR5-7800 on my blog skatterbencher.com/2024/04/09/skatterbencher-73-amd-radeon-760m-overclocked-to-3150-mhz/#OC_Strategy_4_Memory_Tuning_CPU_Overclocking

Ok, all good but what if my system running 6400 cannot handle uclk=memclk but only on uclk=memclk/2 ratio, on ASRock B650M PG Riptide with 7700; FCLK default at 2000Mhz but am running at 2133Mhz. Will be thankful for some insight or recommendations. I heard that with 8xxx series it can even run at 2400Mhz? I got PBO enabled with CO Negative -45, except 2 preffered cores which are at -35. All-Core 5.25-5.3Ghz and Single Core @5.5Ghz with TjMax @89C.

Try manually setting the VSOC voltage to 1.25-1.30. I found that on some boards there's an auto-rule for this and on some boards don't. But for UCLK=MEMCLK I always need eleveted VSOC. (nowadays AMD has put in place a guardband for VSOC so you can't go over 1.3V)
