Ingredients:
600g Shrimp
1 tbsp oil
60g unsalted butter
2 head minced garlic
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
100ml Sprite
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup slurry (mixture of cornstarch & water) adjust according to your preference
