Dynamic Warm Up:
1. Runner Marches
2. Knee Hugs
3. Knee hug with lift (calf raise as long as not painful)
4. Hamstring bends into scoops
5. Reverse Lunge (hip flexor stretch)
6. Forward Lunge (cheerleader)
7. Side Lunges (both directions)
8. Monster Kicks
