5 Minute Zoom Ready Routine: How to look *not bad*

So. Many. Zoom. Meetings. I also skip eye makeup if I'm in a hurry, but I wear glasses so my eye area is already somewhat obscured. I was surprised by how much I love the Innbeauty Face Glaze. I didn't expect it to work on my dry/aging skin, but it does a fantastic job of blurring and brightening my situation when I need to look alive.

Woohoo, glad you’re a face glaze fan! I would definitely recommend it for dry/aging skin. The ceramides in it are wonderful to support the moisture barrier. It just feels so rich and heavenly too. I simply can’t go a day without it!

Yep I do brows, concealer, lips and blush too. Bronzer stick and a swipe of a cream eyeshadow stick if I have a few extra minutes!

Quick and easy! Did the same thing this morning fir a zoom meeting. I use Bronzer for eye shadow quite a bit.

Same! If I were taking it a step further I’d add mascara, then bronzer on the face and bronzer all over the lids, but that would def put me past five minutes

Yep, I first put on face glaze every am before sunscreen as it helps incredibly with using Tretinoin .I do brows, ( persona dark brown ) and swipe of brown matte pencil to open up sagging eyes , a pink CT., and good to go in the sweats, sweater on top🤷‍♀️

Yesss I needed this, back to online classes this week and honestly feeling pretty hopeless about the world and whether it'll ever go back to 'normal'.. 💔 Stunning look as always Kait. The bareminerals blush is also a fave of mine. As for eye makeup, I always messily slap a lil cream shadow (ct eyes to mesmerise usually!) or bronzer through the crease, tightline, curl and mascara. I’m with you. Lately, Jon and I have been struggling with our dream to travel the world. We’ve always wanted to take a year off and I just don’t think it would be worth it given the pandemic and how expensive it will be to travel. I want to see the world the way it deserves to be seen! And the pressure to do that before we one day have a family is pretty overwhelming. But overall, we got really lucky in the pandemic since we haven’t gotten sick or lost loved ones so I’m grateful.

Oh thanks! The formula is amazing. It’s super creamy, gives you plenty of time to blend before it dries, and once it sets it’s budge proof. My only disappointment is they don’t have any shades I’d really wear regularly. No mid toned neutrals

You have stunning eyes, so skipping eye makeup including mascara means you are still gorgeous! It’s very fresh and youthful. I really like this look on you! For me, every day is only 5 minutes of makeup after skincare which includes tinted sunscreen. Everything is in stick format, Bobbi Brown eyeshadow sticks, Em blush, eyebrow gel for sure, mascara, and some sort of gloss or balm. My teen on the other hand, sigh, not my fault we’re always running late, and that’s all I’ll say. Most of the time I’m on KZbin looking for better makeup and skincare for her. It’s been fun for me.

Okay you have the best recommendations I swear! I bought the 10+10 moisturizer and I already love it. I ordered the Innbeauty overnight pimple treatment too so hoping that helps calm down the monthly hormonal breakouts a little faster. Do you think the Face Glaze has a similar effect as the CT Hollywood Flawless Filter?

YAY! I love it too, 10+10 is so good. The way I always describe Face Glaze is like you mixed the charlotte tilbury hollywood flawless filter with a rich cream. It's AMAZING

I will “blush my eyes”, or do any reds/pinks/like orange on my lids and under, like smudge the color, and skip mascara. No joke. It actually looks fine, my rocking my blonde transparent lashes sometimes.

I skip mascara. I always thought no one else did this. Love to look into that face glaze. I like putting things on with my hands. I guess because I was teen in the 80s. I didn’t have brushes or face sponges back then. I even used the worthless applicators in theeyeshadow. 🤣 I love to find a tinted sunscreen that matched my skin. There all too dark. I just use sunscreen and some skin tint on n after and yes I us my hands for that too. I a brow tint only gal.

I never, ever skip mascara and brows. I can do without eyeshadow if necessary. I'm considerably older than you so I need a lot more help. Is the Innbeauty face glaze similar to C.T. Hollywood glow highlighter?

Kinda. The face glaze is as if you took the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood flawless filter and mixed it with the Farmacy honey halo ceramide moisturizer. It’s rich, soothing, moisturizing, AND adds a glow and a blurring effect. It is 10/10. I have a lot of other videos with the face glaze and Instagram reels featuring it if you want to see it up close

Yes to skipping eye makeup completely! Although, I usually always curl my lashes. I've been looking to buy the drmtlgy sunscreen, did I hear you say it was greasy? How greasy? Can you compare to tinted CeraVe or to think Sport tinted face?

I need a new eyelash curler, I always used to do that no matter what but I can't find replacement pads for my curler so I need a new one! And I wouldn't say the Drmtlgy is greasy, it's more dewy looking in a way most people love. For me though, if I wear a dewy sunscreen under *makeup*, no matter WHAT I end up looking oily. Just a personal preference thing, so I like to mix it, but again that's only if I'm wearing makeup. If I use it on a bare face it adds a nice glow.

With the background, which as you say is a bit yellow and distracting, have you thought about hanging a fabric backdrop in one of your rooms, and filming in front of it? Maybe a white sheet? Or get hold of a pull-down projection screen?
