The fastest guys in the bunch in fact ran it at around 4:50, and that too without any shoes. Unless you have tried it, you don't actually realize how hard it is. Many of the guys who complain here about this being outdated doesn't understand that running is the pure form of athletic performance. We may be using the latest gadgets and using flights for transport, but there are still certain things that these technologies cannot replace - like grit and determination. I did 10km in 50 min ,7 km in 35 min, 5 km in 24 min ,1500 m in 6 min ....in the age of 15-17 and now ia m 18 ... It's easy only with consistent practise

This is the condition of unemployment in India. Most of these guys are from rural area and they know if not army then their life is basically ruined. Nowadays even degree holders are also going for Bharti's because of unemployment and bad condition of private sector in India

Army selection ke liye training institute hone chaiye har state taaki bache pehle sh preparation krke aa sake achi guidance and or ache preparation krege to aishe rally clear kr sakte bahar ki countries mh kaafi acha system hai army selection mh but humare india mh abhi bhoot kuch missing hai

In Punjab there is one at Mohali run by Govt. for entry into NDA ( National Defence Academy ). In Every batch many cadets are selected from this institute. Try it very good one. Selection on merit.

I was completed 1600 mt in 5 Minutes at Mangala stadium Manglore for PSI physical section Test .. Unfortunately 545+400 sub inspection Karnataka exam SCAMMED by rich Peoples I practiced a lot But SCAMMER spoiled Everyone Lives ..
