Yeah the detail is when you see Jean's photo, she is holding a sword with an eagle on the end of the handle, but the Aquila favonia doesn't have an eagle head on the end of the handle. Only the favonius sword had an eagle head.

It's probably something to do with the model used for making the statues, bcuz characters do the same thing when you go towards things/animals that are lower than the character's usual straight view For example try standing beside a dog/mushroom/mint/some other collectible flower/berries

1:37 Yes, it actually works, but there is one more lil’ detail than this one. In Monstadt, there is an npc called Gloria who is blind and sits all the time on the bench not far away from Fatui that you have shown in the video. So the thing is, she is blind, and when you do a basic attack near her with Barbara, Gloria doesn’t clap since she is blind and can’t see the attack. Good job Mihoyo, good job.

Other hidden details since I didn't see it here 1. during unreconciled stars event when you got close to a meteorite the character's vision would glow except for Venti because his is fake 2. when venti's burst is ready the little jewel thing on Venti's back on his cape also glows as well as his vision Edited/New ones I added 3. Every 5 star's burst has a special animation where it zooms in the camera except for traveler's burst. Also barbara is the only 4 star that gets a special animation thing for her burst unlike every other 4 star

I have a few details to add to the list During her idle animation Mona will pull out one of your character's constellation and examine it. The constellation is accurate - i.e. unlocked stars will glow brighter. During Qiqi's idle animation she holds on to her talisman as a sudden gust of wind appears. This isn't just an animation. The gust of wind is real and affects small nearby objects (such as loot, fruits/vegetables and anything else that would be affected by an anemo skill). Zhongli's shield looks quite unusual - a translucent cylinder with two criss-crossed rings made from long strings of cubes orbiting it. There was another time when cubes were forming long strings as they flew through the air - during the opening cinematic. Paimon has decorative cuffs that resemble a similarly shaped element that can be found on each statue of the seven. This last one might've been fixed already, but here it is: if you open photo mode and select "Hide character", your character will become invisible (quite predictably). However, that doesn't apply to props that are spawned during their idle animation, such as Xiangling's Guoba and apple, Keqing's map, Amber's baron bunny and so on.

i guess it could be for practical reasons, since using/carrying a weapon frequently would really callous your hands or maybe even damage skin. but it could also just be something the design team seems to like that doesn't have an in universe reason like everyone having flowing parts to their outfits to move in animations and most characters having their thighs exposed/having a belt on their thigh.

Some things you forgot: -Characters will have visible breath/vapor whenever they're in Dragonspine -Whenever you use your character's ability or basic/charge attack and they'll scream or say something, Their voice will echo inside Mondstadt Cathedral -Every midget characters like Klee will sprint in t-pose in order to balance herself and whenever you stop sprinting, her animation is almost she's gonna fall -NPCs will also clap at Mona's basic attack

Actually, aside from the characters with bells, each character seems to have their own running sound, but most are too similar to tell the difference. Some notable ones are Sucrose with tinkling metal/beaker(?) sounds, Xinyan with her drums, and Klee with her backpack. Also, it's not just Barbara that people clap to. People also clap for any elemental skill that summons something, like Diona, Ningguang and Noelle's shields/screen, Mona and Ganyu's flower/phantom, as well as Oz, Guoba and Baron Bunny. So far, I have found no male character who gets claps. Zhongli's pillar, Albedo's flowervator, and Geo MC's boulders all scare NPCs instead. Next, if you change the time on top of the Skyfrost Nail, the screen doesn't go up and down like usual, because the location is already so high up. Speaking of Dragonspine, I know many people already know this one, but if you hit a tree, you can see snow falling off of it. Another one, there is a certain cute expression that sword-wielding short male characters make as they catch their sword when you open the Weapon tab in the Character screen. Short male claymore and bow users do not make that expression because they don't catch their weapons. Apparently, Xiao used to make that expression while catching his polearm back in the beta tests, but they removed it and made him look more expressionless. Most likely, they changed it to match his personality.

Yae Miko now has a very clear clicking sound when she sprints in her shoes since 3.0 or something. In fact when 3.0 (or whatever update it was) launched, her clicking was waaaaay to loud lol. They lowered it a bit in the next update then.

​@@mozzarella6126 I understand why they do. Honestly speaking, Mihoyo really doesn't give f2ps nearly enough rolls per version update. This is apparent when many players feel like Welkin is a necessity to sustain their primogem count(even when they're saving/picking out their favorites to roll on). As for the resin issue, that is a result of a lack of proper endgame content, and a poorly made artifact system that would more or less deny any progress you would normally make in just about any other gacha game. To put things into perspective, I'm not a hardcore grinder who wants to spend all day playing this game, and just this game. I do my commissions, spend my resin, and come back before I sleep to spend resin that gets recovered throughout the day. I do whatever event is available for days when I'm not busy. While the game certainly costs quite a bit to maintain, Mihoyo makes much more than is needed to maintain the game with quality content. With all that put into consideration, one thing is clear: Mihoyo needs to spend some time and figure out some ways to reward/treat their playerbase better. I love the game, but I won't turn a blind eye to all the issues it has. Hopefully, this has helped you understand why people complain about these things. Most of the time, they genuinely care for the game, which is why they advocate for these changes that would not just help them, but all players playing the game.

@@johnnywu8708 I agree with you slightly, but I also have a different perspective. The reason they have the resin system in the first place is so that you aren't grinding all the time. They don't want you to max everything out in 1 week and then you just drop the game. I'm gonna have to disagree with the primogem situation as well. They give plenty of primogems through commissions and events. And might I even start to begin on how the pity system is phenomanol? Almost no other gacha games have a pity system. You get a free 4 star every 10 rolls, that's very generous. All you need to do is put time into the game. I have gotten four 5-stars since release, so I think that no one should be complaining. To be honest, the only people that are complaining are the ones who downloaded genshin impact a week ago and are complaining they don't have a 5-star already. The Welkins Moon doesn't even cost that much and it does give you a ton of primogems, which is very generous. This is how the company makes money. Buying anything in the game is optional, but they have to encourage it. The game is free, so you can't really complain about how the game works because that's just greedy if you don't contribute towards development in the first place.

​@@mozzarella6126 I agree that resin should not be removed altogether, as I've always played quite a few gachas(having resin helps prevent burnout, and prevents a full on 24/7 grind mentality). The main concern is the fact that there is no sense of progress for many people when they farm for artifacts. They spend it, get artifact fodder, and that's it. An idea generally proposed by players would be to find a way to manipulate the RNG aspect of artifacts to a certain extent, whether it be through a substat reroller item, or a new system implemented within the artifacts themselves. This idea is by no means a finalized solution, but a rough idea for people to fill in the blanks as they see fit so they can put it into a survey. I wanted to see your take on it, so we can all find common ground. I think many players do complain because the 50/50 is a fickle thing that can either bless or destroy the accounts of many. It's not just about how my own account is doing. When making these suggestions in the survey, we have to consider all accounts, whether it be a lucky or unlucky account. Lastly, the mentality of "you didn't pay, so you have no say" is not healthy for these types of games, where a majority of players are low spenders or full f2p. Otherwise, things just end up becoming a situation where the whales get to determine the difficulty of the game, which again, is extremely dangerous for the longevity of these games.

Here's another detail that's also in the game that goes mostly unnoticed. They implemented a feature called "Inversive kinematics" which is a fancy way of saying that their feet line up with the contour of the slope. so if you're standing downhill their feet will actually adjust to the surface and the same for going uphill (looks like their joints adjust as well). Notably, it's not perfect though as you can "break their ankles" when standing on a rock lol If you're curious/ bored some time I'd recommending checking it out on various slopes and stairs.

I tried to see which characters can make NPCs clap for you, and here are my discoveries - Barbara (neutrals, skill, and burst) - Klee (skill and burst) - Amber (skill) - Mona (neutrals and skill?; I don't have her but this is what my friend said) - Fischl (skill) - Xiangling (skill) - Ningguang (skill) - Bennett (burst) - Xingqiu (burst) - Diona (skill, although I can't test this myself cuz I don't have her) There are probably others, but I haven't gotten a chance to try them out yet, but yeah! Feel free to comment more if you want cuz it's interesting to see Also, all the NPCs react the same way to all of the above attacks. Shop venders, Katherynes, even Fatui. These do NOT make people clap: - Xingqiu's skill. It might need a precise angle/location but it makes them flinch if anything - Xiao's neutrals. Most if not all neutrals from weapons that aren't catalysts usually make people flinch - Xinyan's burst, strangely enough. They just don't care about it for some reason, which is sad

did you know what i just realized while doing the sword characters' auto atks? Kaeya, after his last combo atk, will slightly bounce back and you can say it is a slight recoil as you have to wait until he lands steadily first before continuing his attack. I dont know about Keqing, or Xingqiu though (bcs i dont have both of them) Bennett and Jean does not have that. I think it's an interesting detail as each character have their own signature attacks, and in Kaeya's last attack, Kaeya disappears for a second before appearing again while bouncing back as if he did his last attack while jumping. I was bored alright I had no resin and it was 2 am.

When you meet a character or an animal, both of you will tilt your heads depending on the heights. You'll look down at cats or dogs and they'll look up at you. The way the head tilt is also subtle. If you're someone tall like Zhongli, he'll have to look down a lot. If you're a kid, like Klee, you barely look down on the animals.
