yes, this is where I got stuck. As a woman, my senior didn't know how to help me. Told me to focus on confidence and speaking up. And wasted my 4-5 years.

Self promotion seems to have no end. You don’t get business acumen if you can’t build anything. Take your knowledge and build for yourself. Bring an employee is when you simply won’t do better for yourself. There is always going to be another video professing they have the key to unlock your ride to glory.
