I hate taking rest days, makes me feel like such a slacker but the next few days at training I feel like a new man.

Ignoring injuries. Training while injured. Not seeking professional medical help for injuries, but instead taking a diagnosis from bros on Sherdog. Not applying ice or cold therapy after general training

Could you do a video about Fedor Emelianenko?Is worth to analize his fights and you could see a lot of interesting G&P strategies in his Pride days.

hi coach. how do you PEAK on the day of the fight?
@MMACoach794 жыл бұрын
By elevating your physical, technical and mental abilities gradually throughout the training camp, and stopping with hard training and sparring 7-10 days before the fight. Then you just do a few light pad holding sessions and perhaps a bit of flow rolling to to keep the sharpness, but not tire yourself out. During these 7-10 days you allow your body to recover from training and also allow your desire for fighting to return since it was diminished from all the hard training. Hopefully you will have peaked around the fight day.
