Hi, I'm rebuilding my 2016 Ecodiesel engine and having trouble finding connecting rod bolts. Can you give me the name and contact of this shop in Mexico. Would be much appreciated. I'm hearing a lot of rebuilds just put the old bolts in place but these are stretch bolts... to be used once. So with all the investment of $ and time, would be a shame to create a new problem. Found your video when I was researching the engine removal... didn't go smoothly as yours but we got it out.

The builder/shop information is in the video description. Torque to yield bolts should never be re-used, especially in such an expensive engine.

@@tadsworkshop I can't seem to find anything on internet re. ppc Diesel. Do you have contact info. I'd like to see where they get their bolts or maybe they can sell me some. Thanks

@@lafarm123 this is all I have for contact information for them. I believe they are just across the border in Mexico, but I see their address is marked as El Paso. ppcdiesel.com/shop/ You got me curious about the rod bolts, and it would seem the part number is 68147237aa, but also discontinued as I’m sure you already know. Keep scouting around the internet, maybe someone has a suitable replacement or a complete connecting rod to replace the stock ones. And maybe….rebuilders are reusing the stock bolts. Which is crazy to me, but keep doing your research, hope you’re able to find a solution.
