There are two possibilities that I see. Either he is a poser, or he is a member of the club and is using someone else to voice his videos to maintain his privacy. But there are a lot of other little mistakes in his videos that someone with real money would not have made. So yeah; I'm dubious. Still the videos are indeed entertaining.

@@user-ub8oi7oh3r Yeah it was priced at £100 million but the buyer Christian Candy only paid £31 million because he was the developer and interior designer of the property.It was priced that high just to make it the most expensive penthouse but he actually paid less than half the list price.

Garrman BROS incorrect this property sold for 140 million pound, the same buyer purchased the apartment below for 68 million and knocked them together. Christian candy’s apartment was a completely different penthouse that never actually came on the market as he was the developer And build his own 2 story penthouse.

That's a bit out of date. London used to have dreadful fogs. But they were caused by industrial air pollution and all the coal everyone burned for cooking and heating. They've cleaned things up quite a bit and coal burning is severely restricted (all but banned).
