Hey, Carlos... what a great food video... all that food looks so delicious, and all for $20 is so typical of Mexico. Mazatlan is also known for its original Tacos de Gobernador. They were created in the late 1980's by the restaurant Los Arcos for the Sinaloa governor, Franciso Ochoa, who loved his wife's shrimp tacos. They have large shrimp sautéed with garlic, onion, tomatoes, and poblanos, loaded into a corn tortilla, topped with cheese, and then grilled. Hope you got to try them there.

Hola dear Carlos - Fab sea food fare with the ocean back drop ! Looks like it’s a seafood lover’s paradise ! You didn’t rate the Bohemia Pilsner 😉 ! What an order - Taco California , Chilli California with shrimp , Cheese au gratin & Cream , toast la corriente , Shrimp Chorreada with Chihuahua cheese , guacamole and pico de gallo , Taco Matzalan ( shrimp with Marlin and wrapped with Bacon ) and Ahi Tuna toast ! The presentation of the food was impeccable and truly delectable !! Happy to see you enjoying the seafood fare ! Looks like Matzalan is a place to visit for sure ! Will club it with my LATAM trip !! Trust Sophie ate something later .. sometimes I feel sorry for her coz she doesn’t have too many options being a veggie !! Anyways I know you will take care of your angel !! Bohemia Oscura is a good substitute when you can't get a Negra Modelo. A little floral, but not everything can be as perfect as a Negra Modelo! (p.s. the shrimp is fresh only a few weeks out of the year when it's in season, otherwise it's frozen on the boat when caught. Still, it's shrimp, and you can't really go wrong!)
